I can’t say enough good things about Latisha. She is a braid queen!! She made me feel so comfortable and cared for at my trial and the day of my wedding. She was gentle, but worked quickly on my hair. She even helped me find a makeup artist that matched what I was looking for. She knows other makeup artists and worked well with coordinating and planning around makeup. We didn’t give her very much guidance on how to do the bridesmaids’ hair, and she did a phenomenal job. I had a completely outdoor wedding and then an after party, and my hair was still curled with the braids in-tact by the next day even! I am so grateful to her for taking care of my on my big day. You will not regret booking Latisha for your wedding hair!

Latisha was the absolute best to work with. Not only is she kind and responsive, she is also incredibly talented. My wedding hairstyle was so much more than I could have ever imagined. After our trial, she worked so closely with me to figure out what I wanted, never once losing her patience and always giving me several options. She also did my hair for my rehearsal dinner the night before and my hair also came out perfect there. All of my ladies loved their hairstyles and they lasted all the way through the night. My hairstyle itself held up against wind and sand (pictures by La Jolla cliffs), dancing and moving all night, at the end of my wedding my hair still looked flawless! You will not regret booking with Latisha, she was an absolute delight and your wedding day will go perfect!

Latisha made my wedding hair dreams come true!!! Not only is she such a beautiful soul inside and out, but she is insanely talented at what she does!!! I was most nervous about my hair for my wedding day and Latisha eased my nerves and made me feel absolutely beautiful!! From the hair trial, to the day of she made me and my bridesmaids look absolutely stunning!!! I literally would recommend her to any and everyone, she is that great!

If you've searched for wedding vendors in SD, you know there are quite a few. Luckily there is no need to look further because Latisha is your girl!!! She was the sweetest and absolutely amazing at her craft. My favorite part about everything on me (make-up, dress, shoes, etc.) was my HAIR! It looked BEYOND my wildest dreams. She suggested extensions which I highly suggest as well... made me feel so glamorous and she puts them in so everything is perfect, tight and will last all night long. She did my hair/bridesmaids hair starting at around 8am and all of our hair was still perfect by 1am when we went to bed. I am so grateful for you Latisha and hope I get to hire you again. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!

Latisha was the absolute best to work with from the time I inquired about booked with her, all the way up until my wedding day! She was always so quick to get back to me via email or text and answer any questions I had along the way. During my trial, she was extremely patient and wanted to ensure my look was perfect. We tried different styles and utilized different hair pieces so I could clearly picture my wedding day look. Not only is Latisha so talented, but she is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. It was so great starting my wedding day out with her as she is so calm and such a positive presence, it was the best start to the day. Latisha did my hair along with 6 other bridesmaids and everyone’s hair turned out incredible and held up all day and night. Latisha also helped me decided on getting extensions, to help my hair hold a curl better and add some extra volume and I was SO happy I took her advice because my hair held up perfectly and the added volume was everything it needed! I cannot recommend Latisha highly enough for your wedding, she will truly make you feel so beautiful and give you the perfect look!!

Latisha is amazing! I was fortunate to get her as my hairstylist for both of my weddings (yay Covid) and I could not have been happier with both styles she created. Latisha is attentive, incredibly creative and has a knack for getting the perfect look for your perfect day. On top of her impeccable styling skills she is the sweetest person and ensures her time with you is nothing short of perfect. I cannot recommend Latisha enough. Whether it be for your wedding, an engagement shoot, or anything else, she is hands down the best!

This review is long overdue, especially because Latisha was easily one of my very favorite vendors for my May 2022 wedding. Latisha was one of the first vendors I booked, and brides, I highly recommend booking her at your first chance. You won't find anyone better in the hair business.

In terms of styling, Latisha can do just about anything. She's truly a miracle worker. I absolutely hate my hair but Latisha worked her magic and I had, hands down, the best hair I've ever seen on my wedding day. For both my trial and wedding day, I avoided going to bed at the end of the night because I was too sad to take apart her work. It's truly beautiful and I felt like a queen after sitting in Latisha's hair. Latisha's work lasted ALL night for myself and my bridesmaids. I was incredibly concerned because I rode around on a golf cart at my wedding venue and thought my hair would be ruined by the time we got to the ceremony. Despite the wind, my hair held up- with every little strand miraculously staying in place. After 10 hours, my hair still looked stunning (despite a long night of dancing).

In addition to the fact that Latisha is just the best hair stylist in all of California (I know, I searched and searched!), she also has amazing customer service. Planning a wedding is stressful and I cannot emphasize how important it is to have vendors that make your life easier. Latisha was incredibly responsive- constantly answering even my dumbest questions. She helped me pick out clip in extensions and sent me a link to hair pins she thought I'd like.

As a person, Latisha is a gem. She is so sweet and kind, you'll want to be her friend after one conversation. She's a massive talent but also incredibly humble. You truly could not hope to run into a kinder person or a more talented artist.

So overall, I'd recommend Latisha 100/100 times. You should book her and rest easy knowing you will look perfect on your wedding day.

If you are looking for a hairstylist for any reason then stop right now and email Latisha because you don’t want someone else to book her on your date!! Yes she’s that good!!! She is the best at doing bridal hair!!!. She is famous for her braids and for how sweet she is. When I started looking for a bridal hairstylist I saw her Instagram and my heart was set on Latisha. When I got a response saying that she was available for Halloween I was beyond excited. I knew my hair would be good but I didn’t realize how fabulous my hair would look on my wedding day. When Latisha did my hair trial it was so good it brought tears to my eyes so you can only imagine what she created for me for my wedding day. My hair truly looked like something a queen would have. Now the thing that impressed my whole family the most was what she did with my sisters hair. My sister has difficult hair and has been in a ton of weddings Every time she packs her own hair tools because she knows she needs to do touchups before the ceremony. This was the first time that my sister did not have to touch up her hair before the ceremony and my sisters hair looked perfect by the end of the night after she had been dancing like crazy!! I can’t wait for a reason to be able to hire Latisha do my hair again!!!
