Love the display topper with sheet cake backup option. It came out exactly as we’d envisioned it and was delicious.

We often use LaSalle Bakery on Smith St in Providence for our baked goods so when we had difficulty finding a bakery to accommodate our preferences for a wedding cake we turned to them. We chose a simple gourmet cake from their specialty cake menu for display and cutting and a sheet cake for guests to be kept in the kitchen. LaSalle did not appear to have any difficulties with this request, unlike two other bakeries who either did not respond to my request or who were unwilling to provide us with the two cake option. I was able to book our order over the phone in under 10 minutes when calling with no prior notice and only 6 weeks to go before the wedding! This is exactly what we needed. Both cakes were wonderful and our triple chocolate ganache cake was to die for!

LaSalle worked with my Husband and I to create the most stunning cupcake tower & accompanying cake-top for our wedding. It was perfect in both looks and taste and we received so many compliments on it! We were also able able to rent a cupcake stand through LaSalle to place them on which was huge as we were not interested in owning one after the wedding :) Alice is so incredibly nice and took the time to sit down with us beforehand and make our vision a beautiful reality. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had an amazing experience with LaSalle Bakery and highly recommend them. My husband loves dessert and cake, so this aspect of our wedding was very important to him. We worked closely with Alice, who helped us create a custom dessert buffet which included six kinds of wedding cake, four kinds of pastries, and a beautiful assortment of Italian cookies. Alice was friendly, flexible, and a pleasure to work with. We also found LaSalle to be very reasonably priced, which is rare in a wedding vendor. Most importantly, everyone at the wedding raved about the cake!

Lasalle provided our wedding deserts (Cheesecake). The day we were shopping, we got a slice of cheesecake from 6 different family bakeries in the area. They were all good, but there was no question once we tasted Lasalle's.
The wedding crew was responsive and excited to take the challenge of wedding cheesecake and the prices were competitive with the other potential bakeries.
They offered delivery, but we decided to have a family member pick them up. Everything was packed to travel.
One Tip: Call a day or so to confirm the product mix. There was some confusion about the number of one of the flavors, but they threw in an extra of another that made it up just fine.

Lasalle gave us beautiful cupcakes for our wedding at a reasonable price. Our guests were grateful that the cakes not only looked great, but also tasted great!

Had my wedding cake and dessert table for my wedding done by LaSalle Bakery in Providence, RI. My guests were more than satisfied with the amount of pastries, cookies, and cakes we had. We had some leftovers that we brought back to the hotel afterwards where everyone had seconds and thirds. I worked hand in hand with Alice, their custom cake order specialist who was amazing. She made note of every detail and item we could hope for. Our wedding cake was a fake tiered cake (just to look at) with a small cake to the side for my husband and I to cut into. It was delicious, yum! Everything was delivered on time to our function. I am still receiving compliments on how delicious everything was! Thank you LaSalle Bakery, I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know!

Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious. The patchwork detail and flowers were gorgeous. We were very pleased with our wedding cake.

By far the best cakes around. Our wedding cake was perfect and our only regret was not taking home the leftovers.
