I had the reception room at this resort. I was satisfied with this vendor. They met all my expectations, but there were some bumps in the road and they didn't go above and beyond for me. The 800 number for my guests to book their room never gave the same information and a majority of the time they gave the wrong information, so I was constantly talking with the resort and having guests call them directly to book. The human resources director would hardly ever return calls, but she would return emails very quickly, so it depends on what kind of contact you prefer. I preferred phone calls. They had a great price for the reception room and bar service. We didn't end up having the number of people we originally thought, so the bar service gave us a credit. You can pick any DJ or caterer that you want, only the bar service is required through the resort and it was a decent price. It was cheaper than other resorts in the area. The only downfall is that quiet time starts at 10pm, so the DJ had to stop by then. The bar service kept serving for about another half hour or so.
