Cynthia was a terrific day-of wedding coordinator. We were connected to Cynthia through a good friend who was also a wedding coordinator before. What a great recommendation! After our first phone call with Cynthia, my wedding stress immensely abated. It was immediately apparent that Cynthia has a ton of wedding and event coordination experience and that we were in good hands.

Before the wedding day Cynthia helped us construct a very detailed schedule and contact list. This helped point out holes in terms of which vendors we still had to book and other details we needed to take care of (e.g., she asked us - will you bring your own cake knife set or will the caterer provide one - of those details you might not even think of!). Cynthia communicated with our vendors to make sure they were clear on arrival/departure times etc.

Cynthia also helped us practice on our rehearsal day. She came prepared, and her wealth of experience helped facilitate decisions made in advance (e.g., both parents walking you down the aisle? then the aisle needs to be bigger; guests arriving very early? make sure to have some water and drinks available; string quartet playing outside, let's make sure to place an umbrella over them). All of her recommendations were right on target.

On the wedding day Cynthia worked extremely hard (she was always on her feet, keeping the schedule going, communicating with everyone) and seemed to effortlessly make everything run smoothly. As the bride I really felt like I could relax and enjoy the day because of Cynthia's competence. Cynthia is professional and confident, but also always has a friendly big smile. She's a great listener, can get the job done, and has a good measure of authority which is helpful for directing others! Cynthia worked well with all the vendors. Our family loved her too! I'm sure Cynthia did countless other things that helped the day go well that I was oblivious to with the blur of activities. Thank you, Cynthia!
