I reached out to Tina last minute, and she was able to get me in the next day, had pulled dresses below my budget, and I found the dress of my dreams after only trying on three dresses! Tina has been doing this for 40 years, and really creates an intimate and supportive environment to help all brides find the dress of their dreams. I went to Lady Gray Bridal of Beacon and the experience was better than I could imagine. Tina took her time to understand what I liked and disliked in all the dress options. She was very professional and personable, making the appointment one of a kind. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and she took all the anxiety and nerves of trying to find the perfect dress away! I went there with my mom and sister who helped me ask questions and provide feedback on the different dresses. Tina also supported me when she knew I had found the one. My experience with Lady Gray was, perhaps, the best experience one could expect while shopping for wedding dresses. I was able to find my dress, my mother's dress, and my bridesmaid dresses. The staff were friendly and courteous. I felt no pressure to rush/hurry and no pressure to even purchase. Additionally, their expertise was such that I only had to try on two dresses before finding my perfect dress; that's how well the staff listens to and understands you. Would recommend 100%!
