My husband and I could not recommend Lace and Brass Events enough after having them plan and officiate our elopement ceremony in Gooseberry Falls State Park in September 2026! When we first saw them come across our feed, we knew that this was exactly what we wanted when it came to our wedding day. Planning a wedding with a venue 3.5 hours away from home seemed daunting at first but Emily was so helpful throughout the whole process and helped us plan the day that would be perfect for us. All of the vendors that L+B work with are top tier and we were able to pick out a photographer that we loved and our florals were absolutely beautiful! Also, the prices cannot be beat for everything that was included in the package! The day of our wedding, Emily was able to help pull off our ceremony seamlessly and was so organized that it made everything turn out perfectly! My husband and I have absolutely no regrets and could not be happier with how our wedding turned out!

Working with Lace & Brass Events for our intimate elopement in Bayfield, WI was one of the best and most intentional things we could've done to start off our married life together. Not only was Emily extremely quick with responses and helpful in easing any nerves or concerns but using the project platform they have was incredibly easy! The site holds all your payment info, upcoming payment reminders and different forms along the way you'll fill out as questionnaires etc... You don't have to keep everything stored on paper OR worse...your brain!
Day of was a breeze and we had honestly, such a fun experience filled with every emotion. The most strong emotion being love & happiness with lots of laughter. We'd do it all over again, the same exact way. Thank you LBE!!

We could not have planned our destination wedding in Bayfield without Emily. She made sure that every little detail was accounted for and kept us on track for the whole 18 months that she was working with us. My husband and I came across Lace & Brass Events, absolutely loved the simplicity of what was offered, and ended up with a beautiful 20 person intimate ceremony! 
We picked the Sweet & Simple Elopement package. We worked directly with the owner- Emily who is fabulous in offering as much or as little aid and additions we desired. She is communicative, was flexible with timeline changes, and provided helpful insight literally to the day of. I could not have been more pleased with the venders she works with for photography, florals, and our musician. Highly recommend going this route for your wedding!

Emily was helpful, responsive, kind, great with listening to what we wanted, and good in a crisis (thunderstorms!).

We had such a wonderful experience working with Emily at Lace and Brass Events! Emily made the planning process so easy, providing suggestions for the bigger details like ceremony location, dinner, and where to stay during our time along the North Shore, and coordinating all of the smaller (but no less important) details such as flowers, cake, photography, and music. I think friends and family were surprised by how relaxed we were about planning our wedding day, and that was largely because of Emily’s direction, coordination, and excellent communication along the way (including nudging us when needed to keep the planning process moving!). We basically just had to show up! She made our day so special. We would recommend her services to anyone!

Emily was amazing to work with! Our elopement on Madeline Island was so much fun and stress free even after changing our venue at last minute. Everything turned out beautiful and the whole day was just flawless. We also loved that we could rent décor from her to make it even easier. I highly recommend her. We wanted a low-key wedding and Emily made that happen! Everything was super easy and stress-free. Between just having to send pictures of the bouquet I wanted to the easy flexibility with timing and locations I could not have asked for a better process. Emily had answers for any questions I had and worked to make our day feel magical. She also set us up with a fantastic photographer and almost let our dog lead her on a happily ever after adventure while we were getting some fantastic pictures. Could not be happier with how everything turned out!
