Although skeptical, I purchased my Lea-Ann Belter- Mary dress via preowedweddingdresses.com from Lace and Bustle, and it did not disappoint! The dress was in beautiful shape, almost brand new (there were stains not the underside that I wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't looking). I did have a sleeved top added, but it was adjustable to take off for dancing! Despite being shipped across the country, the dress arrived in perfect shape, with a beautiful handwritten note from the shop wishing me well. Wish I could have visited in person, but thank you all again!

I had an amazing experience with Lace & Bustle that far surpassed finding the dress of my dreams! I worked with Sierra and she was absolutely fabulous. She understood my bridal vision and helped me nail it! Sierra was patient, made me feel so comfortable, and never pressured me into making a decision. Victoria was also amazing and so encouraging when I found the one. As a self-proclaimed glam girl, my dress was one of my favorite pieces of the wedding, and I am so happy to have found the perfect one at such an ADORABLE and welcoming boutique. I loved Lace and Bustle! Sierra made me feel comfortable and right at home when I arrived. I had no idea what I was doing and she walked me through the entire process while giving good timelines to stick to so I would get my dress in time for the wedding. My experience here was much better then the larger bridal shops I went to. Everyone at the shop took their time to help me and I wasn't lost in the craziness like the larger places. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and pulled some amazing dresses for me to try on. She even branched our slightly with a dress and it became the dress I picked! We had some bubbly to celebrate saying YES TO THE DRESS! The process was very easy and stress free!

I made an appointment with this bridal shop mid April 2019 and my experience was amazing. I was running late so i let them know and they were super understanding about, the consultant was really nice, unfortunately none of the dresses were for me but totally recommend brides to schedule an appointment.

Victoria and her staff at Lace and Bustle were amazing to work with. I went in with only one idea of a style dress and Victoria was able to take that idea and match me in those styles while showing me other possibilities. She was so patient with me and my entourage giving so many opinions, she really made me feel comfortable during the whole process and I found my PERFECT dress here. Even after the purchase she requested a great alterations place who have been great to work with. The salon is so cute and the dresses there are beautiful. We ended up having the place to ourselves and that was such a fun experience! I would recommend Lace and Bustle a hundred times over they were all amazing!!

I cannot say enough good things about Lace and bustle bridal, Victoria and her mom. This boutique is every brides dream! You have got to set an appointment with them like right now! I called L&B to see if they had my dream dress. Even though, the store did not carry the dress, they offered to order it for me from New York to try it on. The dress came a week later and I went to L&B knowing that maybe my dream dress would not be the right fit and that it was out of budget. I had tried dresses in at least 5 other stores small and big such as David's bridal, BHLDN and Nordstrom, but the bridal experience was lacking and part of wedding dress shopping is experiencing that perfect bridal shopping experience. From the moment I arrived at L&B, I had stepped into my fantasy bridal experience! They were waiting for me. I didn't have to wait in line. Victoria helped me and let me just tell you, Victoria is such a wonderful and genuinely sweet human being! She's just so great! And the boutique! It has this gorgeous look from inside and outside. I love all the beautiful details it has and I love the customer service experience I had there. My sister and I were offered tea every time we visited! When I entered the store, I was directed to a fitting room where there was a beautiful robe waiting for me to step into, and there it was, my dream dress. I tried multiple dresses to compare and contrast similar dresses. I was indecisive, and Victoria was so patient, always providing input on what looked good and listening to what I wanted. Although I did not buy my dress on the spot, when my appointment was over, I whispered to my sister, "I don't think I need to go to any other stores. I'll cancel my other appointments" Everything felt so right about my experience there. It was everything I had dreamt of! Victoria even helped me find my civil ceremony outfit. See my photo!

I don't think I can say enough great things about Victoria and Lace & Bustle. Victoria's love for what she does is infectious and apparent in every aspect of working with her - from her positivity, the absolute beauty of her shop (there's a reason she calls it the "Jewel Box" - I didn't want to leave every time I visited!) and her personalized attention to detail with each of her customers. It's hard to find customer service like this these days. She was my absolute favorite person to work with when it came to my wedding. Hers was the last shop I visited at the suggestion of my maid of honor. When I set up my appointment and described what I was looking for along with my budget, Victoria was ready with a perfectly curated selection of what I was looking for. The gown I went with was a Kelly Faetanini with some custom work done to the back. When I asked if the custom work could be done, Victoria texted the designer's assistant on the spot (I was literally standing in the dress on the pedestal in the shop!), who got back to her immediately saying it could be done. Victoria's passion for making sure her brides end up with their perfect gown and feel beautiful was further exemplified when Victoria covered the customizations as a gift to me so that the dress would remain in budget! I can't explain how much that meant to me. I work long hours in San Francisco and she was completely flexible when it came to setting up time for me to try the dress on a second time and then ultimately pick it up. She even came to my first fitting to make sure I felt comfortable. Lace & Bustle is hands down the best bridal shop in the Bay Area and Victoria is one of the best people - not just as a shop owner, but as a person.

My experience at Lace & Bustle was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Victoria is SO warm and helpful and had the best recommendations. Once I told her the style I like she knew what would look best and its clear she loves what she does and does it so well! The store is adorable and so much thought and care was put into the details. I wish I had an excuse to visit the the store more often! I can't recommend it highly enough. I got the perfect dress I was beyond impressed/pleased with the whole experience. Lace and Bustle was one of the best experiences during the entire planning process! I can't express enough how fabulous the store, dress selections and how fantastic Victoria is!!!

Victoria was SO fabulous. She made my first time trying on wedding dresses a dream. Going into the appointment I was super nervous, but once I walked into Lace and Bustle, I was immediately calmed. Such a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere with awesome employees who are so knowledgeable. I stumbled upon this shop and walked in without an appointment. Victoria was so friendly and kind to take me. She asked what I was looking for and as I described what I wanted she said she had literally just ordered a dress that had every detail I was looking for! It was amazing! I still browsed all of her dresses in store. They are all stunning with gorgeous details everywhere you look. I came back when the dress she ordered came in and BOOM that was my dress!! It was fate!!

Honest to God Victoria was born to own a wedding dress shop. She is beautiful inside and out and is one of the most kindhearted people that I have ever met. Her kindness is contagious and makes you feel so welcome. I am so honored that I got the opportunity to be an L&B bride and work with her. She handled every detail perfectly, she measured me so well that when my dress came the ONLY alteration needed was the bustle!!!
