We used La Costa Limo for our wedding transportation and they were amazing! We got sent our confirmation with a photo of the car inside and out so we knew what to expect. They arrived early so we would not feel rushed. They provided water and soda in the limo to and from our wedding venue. The drivers were friendly and helpful. We felt safe in the limos and we go to our venue on time. They are reliable and a great company! We will use them again in the future.

La Costa Limos took us to and from our wedding (along with our families & bridal parties) and we couldn’t be happier. They were on time, kind, helpful, and professional. They helped put us at ease on our big day and helped everything run very smoothly!

We rented a black van to transport the bridal party for photos, post ceremony, and to transport guests back to their hotels at the end of the night. LA Costa did a great job. The driver was so nice, arrived (as requested) with six bottles of bubbly for our bridal party and put up with our ridiculous group antics.
He was scheduled to end service at midnight, but some people were still left behind. He came and picked them up anyway and made sure everyone got home safely. And, when one guest left her phone in the van, he called her last contact and dropped the phone back off to her that very night (1am!) SO NICE. Great service. Great rates.

La Costa Limousine was an incredibly disappointing service. I wanted to reserve a limo ride far in advance for my wedding. Their online service wouldn't let us get anything resembling a quote; instead it only allowed us to book the full service in advance. I resorted to many calls back and forth to get a quote and find the right service, their booking tool was confusing (we wanted a one way, 10 minute trip for 25 people, not hours of driving). Instead of getting a quote, we got an email from some manager saying that they promised to deliver on the one-way trip, and a PDF of the webpage. I did have ok experiences calling customer support to change the credit card they have on file. In general, I had little-to-zero wait getting ahold of La Costa Limousine by phone.

Anyway, fast forward to the wedding. It's 15 minutes until the wedding party has to leave for the venue. A _five_ person SUV pulls up – not the 28 person limo bus that we ordered. The driver didn't check the paperwork, and showed up to the event with the wrong vehicle. He said it would take him one and a half hours to get the bigger limo, so my party had to scramble to find rides to show up on time.

To the credit of the driver, he did take 10 people to the venue over two trips "for free". Further, he didn't wear a mask, when La Costa Limo ensured that he would wear one. After the wedding, we called La Costa Limo to express our dissatisfaction. They did give us a full refund and an apology, which we were grateful for.

I will not use their service again. Getting information and guarantees from them was hard. Also, they didn't follow through with their word when it counted. I'm giving them two stars because, at the end of the day, we had a good wedding.
