2 days before my wedding I tried on my dress just a final time before the big day. I noticed the bust was just not what I had completely envisioned. The previous alterations were done at a different shop and I was pleased with the work done but the bust was lacking. I knew I was in need of help and needed it fast since my wedding was not local. I called Krystyna and she was so calm on the phone. She told me to come in that day and she would look the dress over and see what she could do. I was panicking when I entered her shop but immediately felt welcomed and knew I was going to be taken care of. Krystyna immediately knew what to fix to make my dress my absolute dream dress. I returned that same day to pick up my dress and could not have been more pleased with the finished product! I was glowing and I had the biggest smile on my face! I picked up my dress from the bridal shop and it was HUGE! A friend recommended Krystyna for the alterations. My dress has 7 layers with lace trim and beaded appliqués covering the entire dress. The bodice of the dress had to be reconfigured to fit me and the dress had to be hemmed about 6 inches. Given the intricate detail of my dress, I was very nervous about how the alterations were going to be done. We met with Krystyna on a Monday and she didn't hesitate once. She knew exactly what needed to be done. We picked it up that Friday, FOUR days later and it fit PERFECTLY! You cannot even tell it had been altered. Krystyna knows what she is doing and her turn around time is quick! Plus, she is so nice and truly wants to make sure that you are comfortable in your dress!

Krystyna is a true magician. She tailored my wedding dress so fast I couldn't believe it. It fit me just like a glove and was the perfect length.

Krystina is great- she took my sample size 10 dress down to a 2... She is super fast and listens to what you want. Her prices are super reasonable & she is SO sweet! I was really happy with my dress after she was done... I would definitely recommend her!

Krystyna is the sweetest, most precise tailor I have ever worked with. I took my extremely intricate wedding dress (of all things) to her for the first time, based on a referral from a friend, having never found a tailor I've liked in the past. From the moment I stepped in the door, Krystyna gave me 100% of her attention (even laying out a special mat so my dress wouldn't get dirty on her floor.) Still, I was nervous trusting anyone with my dress as it needed quite a lot of work (5 total inches take off sides covered in bead work!) When it as all doneb (only 1 week later!), the dress looked brand new! There were no signs of tailoring and it fit perfectly.

Krystyna's is the best alterations and tailor shop in the Raleigh/Cary/Durham area. She is incredibly busy, but took the special time to help get the fit of my dress just perfect. She is not associated with a wedding dress shop, but I highly highly recommend using her for any and all tailoring needs. She is a spunky woman, has great staff, and very (read considerably less than a few dress shops we'd visited) well priced. She took my off-the-rack size 12 dress down to a 4 and you couldn't tell any work had been done on the dress. It had very intricate bead work, and Krystyna did a great job.

I brought my wedding dress here hoping to get it altered it just needed a hymn and a bustle. What I got was my wedding dress ruined and I had to take it to another shop to try to repair it this woman does not care about anything but money in her pocket. I very much hope that she has the life she deserves. If I could leave negative stars I would.
