Working with Ekhlas was wonderful! She is very open to ideas and gives feed back as well. She works great with your budget and gives you several options according to your budget. We had a wonderful time exploring different menus and ideas. She is very approachable and gives your menu that personal feel that everyone wants on their special day! We will definitely be using Koko's catering again in the future for our events. We definitely recommend her 100%

I hired Chef Koko to cater my wedding after hearing positive reviews from a friend who was at another wedding that she had catered. I contacted her about 6 months before our set date and we worked out the perfect menu for me. She was very gracious and invited me to her own home for about 3 taste tests, during which she provided an appetizer, entree, and salad, per our agreement. My husband is middle eastern, and we loved that Chef Koko incorporated her own middle eastern heritage into her cooking. She stayed in contact with both of us through out our entire planning process, and offered her own valuable opinions on the dishes we were thinking of having at our event. Needless to say, our guests were extremely satisfied with the food. If you want someone who is professional, kind, has great personality, and most importantly great food, go with Chef Koko. Her service was the only smooth running transaction we had during the whole planning process, and she really helped to lesson the burden of feeding all of our guests!

It was fantastic working with KoKo, she was very helpful when it came to working with me on suggestions and working around my budget. Her food had great flavor and My guest were more than satisfied and kept commenting on how great the food was. Koko offers a variety of options and to be quite honest everything sounded delicious and will definitely be trying more of her food! The services were amazing and definitely exceeded my expectations, I will definitely be working with KoKo again!

Chef Koko did an outstanding job at our wedding! I was a bit nervous at first as my wife and I wanted a fusion of Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine as to accommodate to the taste buds of each of our families. Keeping some of our favorite dishes in mind, she created an amazing menu with a blend of flavors that surpassed our expectations. She was extremely flexible with us as she held two separate tastings, each of which took place after typical work hours, that met our hectic schedules to help us decide on what exactly we wanted to include in the menu. The food was served by chef Koko herself along with her husband, and they did a wonderful job of explaining the menu to the guests to suit every ones own preferences. Her services were fairly priced and she is the only caterer who did not charge an extra fee to stay and serve the food. What impressed me most about Koko was her level of professionalism coupled with her personable nature, everyone loved her and asked me for information regarding her services during and after the event. She will definitely catering the rest of our future events!

We used Ekhlas from chef Kokos Catering servixes for out wedding dated March 7th, 2015. Our wedding was in San Diego's North County area. Our guests had so many compliments about the food. We knew it would be delicious. She worked with our very specific needs and went the extra mile to accommodate our event when it came down to the insurance. She was very reasonable compared to others. We had 200 guests too. We served our fave roasted chicken, grilled tri tip, and a 4 blend cheese stuffed mushroom vegetarian option. Our sides included roasted potatoes, and our own recipe of garlic green beans she followed and it turned out perfect. Ekhlas is the best!! We enjoyed our wedding and avoided stress because of her great service. We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary and were reminiscing on the wonderful first dinner we were able to enjoy as husband and wife! Thank you Ekhlas and team!

Koko's Catering works wonders! I decided to go with Koko (owner) as my caterer not only because her food was amazing, but also because she was so great and easy to work with! She was so responsive and made things run so smooth. Now to talk about all the amazing food she offers....it was my guests highlight of the night. We went with Mediterranean style appetizers, and let me tell you ALL my guest including myself were raving over the food. I loved all the different types of unique cheeses and flavorful spreads! For dinner we had Chicken and Salmon with a side of veggies and pilaf, soooo amazing. I cant emphasis enough on how delicious her food is and it was the perfect icing on the cake for my special day! My husband and I are forever grateful for the services that Koko's Catering delivered. Overall, my guest of 100, my husband and I were blown away!
