The first thing my husband and I decided about our wedding literal hours after getting engaged was that we wanted Kogi to be there. It was one of the best choices we made. Luisana-the director of catering-was very responsive and flexible. Due to restrictions from the venue, food couldn't be served directly from the truck. She came up with a good work around and had servers (in the perfect tuxedo printed t-shirts) serve our guests inside. We upgraded to the bamboo plates and everything looked BEAUTIFUL. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was over a month later. When you look at advice in regards to food trucks at a wedding online, people make it seem like it's a bad decision because of timing. But Kogi had everything ready SO FAST that you shouldn't let the internet scare you out of it. It was awesome. We did unlimited tacos, sliders and the sweet chili chicken quesadilla, coming out in three courses. We love the Kogi truck so much and have been going for years. I'm so happy we got to have them at our wedding. We even mentioned to Luisana that we had become buddies with Erlindo who works in the spot we visit most and she made sure he was there! It was perfect.

Kogi did a great job serving our guests at our wedding reception. Everyone LOVED the food and raved about it for weeks after and we could not have been happier. Our entire experience from the first email to the day of the event was phenomenal. Kogi even reached out to us after our event to congratulate us and to ensure we were satisfied with our experience! I would HIGHLY recommend Kogi to anyone even considering a food truck for any event because they were amazing! I hope to hire them again in the future!

My husband and I found Kogi truck through friends of ours and absolutely loved everything we tried. As we were planning our wedding we knew we didn't want to do anything traditional. When we booked our venue that included a parking lot, we knew we would be able to book food trucks for dinner. And we couldn't be happier with that choice. Our guests loved the food so much, from the sliders and quesadillas during cocktail hour, to the unlimited tacos during dinner. Some of our guests are very picky eaters, I was a bit nervous they would not enjoy the food, but every single one of them came up to me and told me how great the food was. All of the workers on the truck were amazing, the food is so fresh and so fast. People were zipping through the line it was so great.

We hired the Kogi truck to do the main catering for our wedding and that was the best decision ever. First, they are very easy to work with. Once we got the idea, we decided to pursue it and had easily booked everything with Luisana within a couple of days.

We opted for table service, where we had a 3 course meal served to our guests at their tables. First course was a trio of tacos, second was the amazing blackjack quesadilla, and third was the short rib sliders. There were vegetarian options for each dish. For the fourth course, you could order any of those three from the server, or go to the food truck itself and place an order.

The service was quick (we had about 90 guests). The servers were professional and wearing the cutest t-shirts with tuxedos printed on them. The food was freaking amazing and our guests love, love, loved it. We had them for 2 hours which was plenty (but you can hire them for as long as you like - you can also request additional options be served on the truck - basically they'll do almost anything, it just costs more money depending on your choices).

This is an incredibly economical option with so much more food than you could want, and so memorable. I've already heard from so many people how awesome they thought it was. We opted to rent some china from our venue, and then just had them place each course on the plates within their paper boats (same way its served on the truck). There are other options, but this was the most economical and we went for it. I think our guests thought it was awesome. There were a few who were skeptical, but once they tasted the food they didn't care any more.

Totally look into this - it was amazing.

We hired Kogi to serve some late night tacos for our wedding guests to an extra treat for them. It was a hit! Everyone loved the tacos!

We had the Kogi Truck as a surprise for my wedding. The staff is excellent, very responsive and the pricing is worth it. If my wife and I had to do it all over again we would. We would recommend the Kogi Truck to anyone for a wedding or for any catering need. I have never been a fan of stuffy wedding food (cold roll, slimy veg, reheated chicken, and a SUPER high price point). When I had my informal outdoor wedding, the first thing I booked was Kogi BBQ. It is hands down the best tasting, and most affordable food option for 100+ guests. Price point aside, people would not stop raving about it. As in, "best food I've EVER had at a wedding." We had unlimited tacos for our guests, and people went back for seconds and thirds. All our guests were fed in the first 45 minutes, and many went back for more. They all got served so quickly. Luisana at their office was so helpful and easy to work with, and answered all our questions for us. Kogi BBQ is the FIRST gourmet food truck and, hands down, they have what they do down to an art. If you are having a wedding and don't mind an alternative dinner style (even the very traditional grannies were raving about the tacos) You have to hire Kogi for your wedding.

Best decision ever to have Kogi cater our wedding! Every time I contacted them with a question, I received a very quick reply. Everyone LOVED the food... we still have people coming to us telling us how much they loved our wedding food. I was slightly worried that the truck would not be able to maneuver in the area we had for our reception (it was at a private residence, with a very long and steep driveway). They came in smoothly, and even backed up the hill when they were done. If you're considering Kogi to cater your next event, I HIGHLY recommend them.

Kogi Food Truck's food is DELICIOUS and those of you who didn't know this.. THEY CATER!!! We have loved their food for awhile and when we were planning our wedding we found out they do weddings! Luisana was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and gave us a meal plan that was super tasty. Here's what we had:
1st Round: Prix Fixe 3 Taco Plate ( 1 short rib, 1 chicken, 1 pork) or whatever combination you want.
2nd Round: Sliders
3rd Round: Kimchi Quesadilla
4th Round: any special orders/ extra tacos, sliders, kimchi quesadilla

We had about 110 people sit down to the tables and the servers were so prompt and friendly. It was crazy impressive that no one really had to wait for food. The servers and food were AWESOME! We are still getting compliments on the food from our friends and family and the wedding was 41 days ago!! My hubby and I are really into GOOD food and the Kogi Truck is where it's at. I can see them catering any type of event whether casual or formal. People love great food! Thanks Kogi Catering team! Next party.. you're coming again :)
