I got married in Sea Bright in September and Patty seriously made the planning process and day of the wedding a breeze. I would've truly been lost without her. I told her my vision and she went out of her way to make my wedding everything I could have ever hoped for. I got married in Asbury Park in June, and having Patty as my day of coordinator was the best decision I made for my wedding! It was important to me that my loved ones were able to enjoy my wedding, and that my husband and I could enjoy as well. Having Patty there relieved any worries I had - I knew if a problem came up, she would be there to handle it. A few weeks prior to the wedding, Patty reached out and coordinated with all our vendors to create a timeline for our big day. She also: created a day-of cheat sheet, which was a condensed timeline of where everyone in the wedding party needed to be the day-of; mapped out where the wedding party would be during the ceremony; and came to our rehearsal dinner and ran through the ceremony a few times with our wedding party. She was great at identifying any risks for the day-of as well. For example - as many know, parking in Asbury Park on a weekend is almost impossible. Since we had multiple photography locations throughout Asbury Park, our plan was to have some friends switch out driving us around. However, Patty went above and beyond and offered to drive us around Asbury to where we needed to be. With her expertise on Asbury, we were able to get to our locations on time and stay on schedule. Patty was there throughout the ceremony and reception, helping to direct people where they need to be. The value she added to our wedding day is absolutely priceless. Having Patty there allowed me to focus on creating memories with my loved ones, and I am so so grateful for all her help.

Patty was one of the best investments we made in our wedding. She is so kind and lovely to work with. We had to postpone our wedding twice due to covid and Patty helped us immeasurably to navigate those unprecedented waters. Always with a calm and positive perspective, she’d talk us through all the options she could think of to help inform our covid-postponement decisions.

Two weeks post wedding and my husband and I are still reminiscing about little moments throughout our wedding day that we know Patty or her assistant, Jackie, handled or saved from becoming an issue (surely there were more that went unnoticed because they’re that good). I’m in anesthesia school, so I needed a wedding planner BAD! Patty was my knight in shining armor. She helped me with every detail, and then did it all again when I was forced to postpone due to COVID. She did so much more than help me execute my vision, she kept me afloat when I felt like giving up on the wedding entirely. She worked around my impossible schedule, responding to my 2am texts. Patty at Knot Forgotten Details is truly the reason our wedding is what guests are calling “the best wedding they’ve ever been to!” From the initial stages of planning through our wedding day, the attention to detail and love she put into creating our perfect day was incredible. Working with Patty, owner of Knot Forgotten Details, was everything we had hoped it would be. We were nervous we decided to get a "day of" wedding coordinator too late in the game but as soon as we found Patty all our worries were put to rest. From our very first conversation I knew it was the right decision. Patty focused on every little detail of our wedding from conversation one, even before any contract had been signed. She asked questions that we hadn't even thought of and made sure no detail went unnoticed. Patty worked with us through every step via phone, email, and working google docs. She even took the time to do an extensive walk-thru at our venue (not exactly local either!) well in advance of the big day. In the weeks and days leading up to the wedding she contacted each vendor multiple times to confirms meals, arrival times, ect. When it came to our actual wedding day, my wife and I had no concerns about our vision coming to life because we knew Patty was on top of everything. I am the most Type-A planner out there and I did not worry one bit with Patty in charge. Having her there on our wedding day let us and our families enjoy every minute. Patty was professional, kind, and her services went well beyond a "day of" coordinator. We would recommend Knot Forgotten Details for any of your planning needs!

Choosing Patty as our day of event coordinator was one of the best decisions we made while planning for our wedding! From the very beginning she was responsive and easy to communicate with. During our first phone call with her, she helped us organize everything and helped us figure out what else we needed to do. She was very detailed pointing out things we hadn’t even thought of. For example having our own champagne flutes or a specific cake cutter utensils.

She also met up with us at our venue to help get a lay of the land and to talk more with us about our other vendors and the specific details of our ceremony and reception. Leading up to the wedding, she did a great job coordinating all of our other vendors and working with the venue coordinator to make sure that everyone was on the same page. It was such a relief not to have to do that ourselves especially because she took it upon herself to do this without us asking her to. Patty also went above and beyond the call of duty to help us look for a rehearsal dinner site and to help us look into extra hotel blocks.

On the day of the wedding, Patty was so incredibly helpful. Not only was she there bright and early to help coordinate the team, but she worked with the venue coordinator to set up all of the decorations beautifully (without my wife or I even mentioning where to put everything). She helped pin boutonnières and gave corsages to all the correct people. She made sure everything was right on time. She saved the day by pinning my wife’s boutonniere on perfectly. My wife had taken about 15 steps and it was already falling off with the first pinning.

During the reception she saw that my wife and I were having a hard time getting to the appetizers because we were talking to so many people so Patty kindly made us a platter which we held between the two of us and got to enjoy the same food as our guests were having. She checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall Patty was such a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend her! She really made our day run smoothly and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for more!

We had a great experience working with Patty. Most wedding day-of coordinators have very limited interaction with the couple leading up the wedding day, but Patty made sure she knew every detail of our plans and kept in touch consistently leading up to the day. I'm a very organized person who likes to be very hands-on, but I was able to trust that Patty would execute my plans on my wedding day so I would have nothing to worry about. I hired Patty for day of coordination for my outdoor June wedding and her coordination made the day perfection. Patty brings the kind of attention and heart that you cannot get with a larger company. Her diligent and consistent communication with me from the minute we hired her through the day of was amazing and helped me feel at ease. Patty dove into our Pinterest board and loaned us items that aligned with our decoration ideas. She made awesome suggestions and we had fun brainstorming with her! Patty was diligent about coordinating with EVERYONE and nailed to every detail- vendor timing, DJ coordination, overall flow of the day, plus everything you can think of and 10 things you didn't. On the day of the wedding we were surprised with some strong wind, which complicates decorations, table settings, etc at an outdoor wedding. Patty did not skip a beat and adjusted everything accordingly- it could have been a huge issue, Patty's quick thinking and flexibility made it a non-issue.
