I first met Kavita and Jeffrey from KM Events when they worked my brother's wedding in 2023. Absolutely loved the way they worked well with our family to help my brother and sis-in-law's big day come together. When my fiance (now husband!) and I sat down to start planning our wedding after getting a date set, the first vendor we contacted to see if they were available were KM Events! We knew that we wanted to have a day of coordinator because it would be way too much to focus on ourselves. We were so ecstatic when we found out that KM events was available! It did not take us long to book them! The first time I had the call with Kavita, she immediantly remembered who I was after I mentioned my brother & sis-in-law's name, she clearly remembered the family too! Few weeks before the wedding we had a call with Jeffrey to go over the itinerary; Jeffrey helped us by letting us know what we had left to get together. On the day of, Kavita, Jeffrey, and their entire team they were always punctual, they made sure the entire day stayed on time even if we had gotten a late start! One thing in the weeks leading up to the wedding that we loved that KM took care of was communicating with all of our vendors (photographer, decorator, priest, MC/DJ, Caterer, etc) to make sure everyone knew the timeline of the day with all the details. That was one thing we did not have to go over with each vendor, defiently a huge stress reliver! We would defiently recommend KM events to our family and friends. Great time working with them!

Let this be the easiest decision of planning your wedding. I met Kavita and her team a few years before getting married, but from the first interaction- I knew 1)I needed a day of coordinator for my wedding 2) it needed to be KM Events. I had been to a handful of weddings at the time, but this one was different...every detail appeared to be perfectly executed.

When it was time to plan our wedding, my wife and I knew that Kavita was the right person to have next to us to make sure our day was perfect. From the first phone call, she made us feel like we were her most important “client”. The call felt as if we were talking to one of our close friends instead of just another vendor. From that day, Kavita made herself available for any and every question we had.

The days leading up to your big day can be a bit stressful, but Kavita spent countless hours with my wife and I, to make sure every single detail was discussed and was in line with our expectations. It was funny, a couple of days before our call to discuss our itinerary, my wife and I were joking that we felt we had a good handle on all of the details for our wedding and reception. We figured the call would be quick given how “prepared” we felt. All I can say is that we were absolutely wrong. Kavita made sure that every single detail was discussed and documented so we knew what to expect the entire day. This attention to detail explains why every single wedding I’ve attended that they’ve coordinated has been incredible.

In the middle of planning our wedding, and by middle I mean three weeks before our wedding, my wife and I decided to change our caterer for the wedding and reception. It was probably not the smartest decision, but when we told Kavita, she rolled up her sleeves and reached out to all of her contacts and tried to help in finding a replacement. It was comforting to know that even with such a big gap in our day, she wasn’t fazed at all. We ending up booking two caterers within a week.

When it was time for our big day, my wife and I didn’t feel an ounce of stress. Everything we discussed in advance was coming together moment by moment. We started everything on time, any issues we had were quickly rectified (because of our own error), and my wife and I spent our entire day focusing on our family, friends, and most importantly, us. I can say that wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for KM Events.

I’d like to say that’s where my review ends, but since that day, KM Events has coordinated two more weddings for our immediate family, and they are scheduled to do another one soon. Any time a family member or friend tells me that they’re starting the planning process for their wedding, the first thing I tell them is to contact Kavita. The KM Events team, and I mean every single person on their team, has become a part of our family and I truly appreciate everything they have done for our family. So like I said, let this be the easiest decision of planning your wedding.

I wanted to take a moment to share a few thoughts about one of our favorite vendors - KM Events. Let me start by cutting to the chase for my fellow grooms and brides to be - book them. You’ll thank yourself later for choosing a coordinator who will effortlessly make your life easier.

At our very core, Romee and I are true planners. Romee is known for planning to the detail while I tend to look at the bigger picture. One thing is for certain, we were both anxious/nervous about the execution of a year's worth of planning. A piece of advice most people give before your big day is to remember to actually enjoy it. Not only did KM fully execute flawlessly, but they made sure we actually had a good time on the day of our wedding.

They are smart, professional and have the ability to think outside of the box. The last one is sooooo crucial for a wedding because you need someone who can think on their feet and that’s what KM Events will do. Like all weddings, we had many instances where things didn't go exactly according to plan. Every time something came up, the only thing I had to do was call Kavita or one of her colleagues and it would immediately become a non issue. They’re so well versed and dealing with situations under pressure and within tight timeframes.

They are excellent communicators who are always on the move. They managed to round my groomsmen to all the events and keep them in line. And let me tell you, all 13 of them are more than a handful to deal with. The bridal party all had itineraries provided by KM so they always knew exactly what to do and never had that “I’m lost” feeling. As a result, our bridal party and families were on time to all photo events before and after the wedding. This is a direct result of how KM plans and preps the important people in our wedding.

They catered very well to both of our families. As you know, sometimes parents and other family members can get very overwhelmed during wedding events as well, and KM was able to provide comfort and guidance while patiently addressing all of their questions and concerns. After the wedding, we received so many compliments from our friends and family about how smoothly a 500 person wedding went. Most people agreed that the events operated seamlessly.

On a personal level, they are some of the sweetest individuals I’ve ever met - The type you’d actually want to hang out with outside of your wedding haha. They genuinely enjoy their craft and that makes the overall experience so much better for all parties because at the end of the day they just want to be there for you. Yes, they are in the wedding business but I would hardly call what they do a business because they truly treat you like family.

Overall, they were there for us every step of the way. We’ve used them for 4 family weddings now and their execution has always been exceptional. Our event would not have been a success if it were not for their efforts and that’s something we will always remember.

We hired KM Events to be our day-of-coordinator for our big day. We didn't have a wedding planner helping us out throughout the wedding process, and being the first one on both sides of my family to get married, PLUS it being a fusion (Hindu/Christian) ceremony, needless to say, we had no idea what we were doing. However, KM tied is all together the day of, and everything ran so smoothly! They were attentive, handled any bumps that came along the way, and made the day feel smooth and seamless. The coordinators were well-prepared, ensured all concerns were mitigated, and always made themselves available. They had a better sense of what was going on that day than I did, which left me feeling incredibly worry-free. I would recommend KM every time!

Someone just asked me if there’s any vendor that I absolutely could not be without. Immediately, I blurt out KM Events. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without KM.

When we were first looking for coordinators and speaking to vendors via telephone, it was an easy decision to book KM; Kavita and I ended up chatting for almost 2 hours on our initial consultation! I immediately could tell that her passion for her job, her high-spirited personality, and her respect for family and traditions would be the perfect fit.

During the time leading up to the wedding, I ended up working heavily with Kavita’s husband, Jeffrey, who’s phone I blew up for every.little question and concern. He was prompt in responses, thorough with creating itineraries and explaining details, and just plain down to earth.

Then, the day of Richa and Shama were AMAZING. They were detail oriented, professional, polite, and SO sweet. So calm, collected, and such positive energy - it made me happy just being around them.

Something that meant a lot to me was that they all cared for all the things we cared for. For instance, it meant a lot to us to have our dog present and aside from the other million things they were handling that day, they made sure they knew exactly where my dog was at all times. This wasn’t something that they had to do, but they did because they knew it was something I was worried about. That just goes to show how caring this team is. Big shoutout to Richa, who braved her fear of dogs for me - love you!

I honestly could not have asked for a better team to have spent our big day with. It wasn’t as if they were our coordinators, but they were like our friends. They were so caring and words cannot do justice to how much love we have for them.

KM went above and beyond our expectations and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Loved this coordination team! We had KM Events for "the day of" with Kavita, Aakash, & Stephanie & they were beyond exceptional. Kavita kept in contact with us weeks before our big day making a detailed itinerary, bringing all of our hard work together, explaining the whole ceremony to us (making us feel so much more at ease), & gave us welcomed advice/suggestions along the way. Over time, we had many changes with the itinerary up until the day of, & without any hesitation, Kavita would make the changes instantly. The best part was that she was so responsive (literally within seconds) with all of our questions/concerns. The morning of, they arrived early & immediately came to check if the bride & groom are okay. Aakash was always there for me, constantly asking if I was okay, & knew exactly what I needed, (including vitamin water & Tylenol lol), as the bride having someone who met you for the first time yet took care of you like his own friend/sister is worth a million. Furthermore, they were so respectful to our families & made sure they were ready to go. An extremely professional team who also easily communicated not only with each other but with all of our vendors. The day went so smoothly & surprisingly, ON TIME! with 375+ guests. I still get compliments on how the day was so organized & for many of our family & friends, have never seen a wedding run so effortlessly & to the point. They handled all the big/little details for that day & took care of any situations (if any that is), heck, they even made sure we got to eat the food! All the little components we wanted for our wedding were so elegantly executed without feeling like the wedding planners were taking over. We can truly say they worked with us like they are our own family/friends & now have developed a life long relationship. Highly recommend KM Events for your big day, this team will go above & beyond your expectations, you will not have a thing to worry about, & you will actually enjoy your big day!

In case Captain Obvious hasn't paid you a visit as of recently, here’s some obvious knowledge that he’d like to convey: Every single aspect of your wedding, down to every detail, has to be perfect. Perfect.

With that in the back of our minds, my at the time fiance (and now hubby :]) and I were the standard Type A folks that wanted to clone ourselves so we could do everything ourselves and make sure that everything we planned was executed properly and was in fact pure perfection. Scientifically speaking, unfortunately, we did not devise a mechanism by which we cloned ourselves, but we found a team of planners who would adapt to our way of thinking, attention to detail, timeliness, and awesomeness. Our wedding was perfect. Now perfect is a strong word, and we don’t generally use it loosely, but I must say that KM Events Management went above and beyond and hence they get the royal seal of Perfection. They respected all of our wishes and asks, and also provided input and feedback based on their experience which we thoroughly welcomed and appreciated. Additionally, my hubby and I had tons of questions to ensure our day ran as smoothly as possible, to which they were able to provide extremely valuable answers and advice which led to an optimal schedule and a flawless execution. Even with all of the pre-wedding help and anticipated day of help, because of our Type A nature, we were concerned that we were going to stress and start taking matters into our own hands. However, from the moment we woke up, KM was on top of it and just put us both at ease. Because of KM Events Management, we were able to turn off the Type A, and really focus on celebrating the union of two souls and the infinite love we had for one another as well as our families and friends.
