Another company canceled on me 2 weeks before my wedding date. Kim called me and we got everything squared away in 1 phone call. I got the most affordable package with 20 chairs. Kim matched the ceremony flowers with the colors of my bouquet. So cute! Kim was very responsive and easy to talk to. No question felt dumb. I had concerns about the tropical storm and she calmed me. Although I didn't get to meet Kim, her team is also great. Maggie is very professional and personable. She is able to handle conflict and is quick on her feet. Rick and Melly was very nice. I remember looking up from the alter and seeing all of them smiling while working and it warmed my heart. I had so much fun taking pics with Melly. I cant wait to see them. It does take some weeks for editing. I ended up added a flower girl in on the wedding and there were no issues. They also filed my marriage license for me. Im so happy I trusted this business with my ceremony. Despite hiccups, it was a stress free perfect wedding day that I will never forget. The only thing I regret is not adding a video package. Please ask about it. I feel it is a must.

As a wedding coordinator, Kim will set you up a beautiful wedding arch and isle and coordinate music for your big day. The decor is breathtaking. Many others provide an arch with a few bundles of flowers. But Kim’s arches are set up beautifully with huge FULL beautiful flowers. She makes any colors you need work with her decor to personalize it for you.
