Kleinfeld was the best experience. Having to postpone my 1.2.21 to 1.8.22 wedding they were so accommodating. I even got to meet Randy when I said yes to the dress. Alterations were great and my dress was absolutely perfect !

Ray starts as a stranger and quickly will turn into your friend. He listens to everything you want and do it. He is comfortable giving you feedback or recommendations from his lessons learned from other wedding which was so refreshing because honestly we never even thought about some of tips and reccs he gave us. He is so good a corralling the family because that’s a hard job to do and takes everything off of your hands. His photos were amazing!

I had a great experience at Kleinfeld bridal. They found me a dress within my price range very quickly. The fittings were easy and my fitter Anna Tenorio was wonderful! She made it so easy. My dress looked fantastic on my wedding day. I am going to have them preserve and clean my dress too.

Wide selection of dresses, very accommodating staff, very helpful at helping figure out what you like and what you don't like---really try to make it special and are very knowledgeable. Buying the dress was very stressful for me--and they definitely helped. They were very understanding of how stressful it was and went above and beyond to make sure you were satisfied.

Only knit picky thing for me, was that there were a lot of other people there--and there is a time limit---so it did feel a bit rushed. I might have liked a smaller boutique, but they wouldn't have had the same selection.

For my daughters wedding dress had a wonderful experience shopping for the dress and the fittings. BUT struggled with the seamstress. Never had a final fitting. Dress had to be overnighted to us 2 days BEFORE the wedding and still was NOT altered correctly (needed to be let out a little and the pins were still in where the bustle loops needed to be corrected!) PLUS the corset zipper was still broken. Thank goodness for chapstick and soap, only way we were able to get the gown ON and zippered 3 hours BEFORE the wedding! Very stressful and highly disappointed!
