As I sit here, 3 days after my wedding, still on a high and reflecting on all of the goodness, I feel compelled to give credit and thanks where they are do. Veronica and the staff from Kitschens were exceptional. From the early meetings - Veronica was accommodating, attentive, and laid back. We were able to really personalize our experience. We used Kitschens for all 3 events (rehearsal party at Trinity and the Pope, wedding dinner at the Berkely, and after Brunch at the Berkely) and everyone was impressed. It was fun seeing and recognizing the same staff members, as they were extremely attentive, and friendly. During our wedding the one waiter Jimmy made sure my husband and I got to taste the appetizers and even came out to get us when he was serving out entree so that we could eat it hot. And I haven't even talked about the food yet.....amazing!!! Everything was great - guests continually told us how good the food was. I felt that it was creative too - not your standard catering menu at all. I highly recommend Kitschens catering!!!

My wife and I got married in Asbury Park and we had our rehearsal dinner at Trinity and the Pope, one of Kitschen's restaurants. In choosing Trinity and Pope, we were aiming for a fun NOLA-like atmosphere with creative cuisine that would create a unique event. We worked with Veronica of Kitchsens in planning the dinner and she was very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. The rehearsal dinner for around 50 people. We used the upstairs space which has its own private bar area. Overall, the dinner was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. The upstairs space is very cool and quirky. The Trinity staff turned the unique upstairs setting into an elegant dining setting that captured the creative and fun vibe we were looking for. The food was delicious, we had appetizers served family style for each table, bayou popcorn, bbq shrimp and mac and cheese. Each guest had a choice of entrée, chicken with waffles, skirt steak or jambalaya. All of the food was creative and delicious. The atmosphere, service, and food surpassed our expectations and we could not have asked for a better rehearsal dinner.

We also used Kitschsens for our post wedding brunch at the Dauphine Grill at the Berkley hotel. Like most post-wedding brunches, it was buffet style with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, pastries, etc. The quality of the food was great and better than typical post wedding brunches. There were servers constantly coming by to check on the food and refilling the food, juices and coffee as needed. Overall, a great brunch.
