When it came to working with Kirsten, she exceeded our expectations. To start, Kirsten was very communicative and detailed when it came to sharing her photography style, her offerings, her timelines, etc. to ensure that we'd be a match when it came to our wedding vision. The photos she shared of her work was exactly what we were looking for!

At first we weren't sure that we wanted to do an engagement shoot, as we didn't think that it was for us, but Kirsten convinced us to do one to help us get comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding day and get to know each other. We are beyond grateful and so happy that she convinced us because not only did we feel so much more comfortable on our wedding day with a camera, but we were able to capture such beautiful moments together, including our dog (who wasn't going to be at the wedding). BONUS: Kirsten is AWESOME. She makes you laugh and has such a positive, comforting, and fun energy that's exactly what you want in a photographer.

Kirsten couldn't have been more amazing on our wedding day (and her assistant as well!). She ensured we got all the photo shots we really wanted but also seamlessly blended into the day to capture the joy and fun of our wedding and our guests. As Kirsten was about to leave, she noticed that our glow sticks were about to come out so she stayed a little bit longer to ensure that a few shots were taken with those, which just showed how she really cares about capturing everything.

Overall, Kirsten, her team, her stunning photos with rich colors that shows the depths and personalities of her couples...I couldn't have asked for anyone better to match our styles and capture the biggest day of our lives! We are so grateful for her and so happy to have her photos to cherish for the rest of our lives :)

Our first experience working with Kirsten for our engagement photos was a blast. I had a few ideas for a downtown photoshoot... well, she far exceeded expectations with those and also took unplanned shots on a whim that ended up being some of our favorites. Kirsten was absolutely fabulous. She has a terrific eye, an easy personality, and a totally professional operation. All through our wedding day, Kirsten was everywhere and nowhere -- meaning she caught some amazing moments while being completely unobtrusive. I also have a few folks who are awkward in front of a camera and she knew how to put them at ease so the shots look natural.

I love the engagement photo session that she offers as part of the package. It was a great opportunity for us to get to know each other a bit before the big day; it was assuring to know that we were delighted with our photographer going into the wedding day itself. One less thing to worry about!
