Kim Leppell, owner of Kim's Creations and Tulle Shed has worked with the Forks Chamber of Commerce on many occasions, including the Forever Twilight in Forks festival that takes place over four days in September. Kim coordinates everything from decorations, rentals, logistics, to working with the caterer, DJ, and other vendors. She provides a professional, quality experience and is very flexible and creative. She is essential to the success of this event and makes my life a lot easier as the festival chair and executive director,

On the flip side, she has done very small jobs for me and has brought the same level of attention and creativity.

Kim is very professional and easy to work with. She has many great ideas, and creates beautiful party settings. She is also very reasonable for price. Don't know how I would have managed the wedding reception without her. AWESOME!

Kim is absolutely amazing. I have had muitipule people ask me if I would recommend her and I always say I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. She took care of everything on the day of that I needed her to and I was able to just relax and truely ENJOY my day because I knew everything was handled. During my outdoor reception it started raining and before I even had a chance to notice the rain started she had already had tents moved and things rearranged. I could give about 20 more examples of things that she did or thought of that made my day run smoothly, she is the best!

Kim was our day of coordinator and I don’t know what we would have done without her. I gave her a quick walk through of the venue the night before our wedding and brief rundown on the day of for what we needed done. Kim not only accurately captured what I was envisioning, but it was beyond my hopes. She was attentive to not only my husband and I, but also to the needs of our extended families. We received a lot of compliments about her and are so happy we hired her to help with our important day.

At the start of wedding planning, my partner and I weren’t sure if we needed a day of coordinator or not and we were set on not having a planner because we felt it wasn’t a necessary cost, but oh how wrong we were! We contacted Kim to schedule a phone call to get an idea for the services she provided and the cost. She gave us some great information that ultimately led us to hiring her and her team as our wedding planner. From that point forward, the planning process was as smooth as it possibly could have gone (considering it is a wedding so there will be a little bit of stress!) and I did not experience even half of the stress I would have if I had planned my wedding on my own. Also, she is very familiar with the Forks area, especially the wedding venue, and as someone who lived hours away, this was a tremendous help. An added bonus is that she has event items you can rent from her that are very affordable and has little tips and tricks on saving money when planning a large event. She always thinks of the little things! Now I don’t even know where to start with the wedding day itself! In short, Kim and her team handled EVERYTHING the day of. And I mean everything. Coordinating with vendors when they arrived, payments, decorating, managing the timeline, cleanup, etc. You name it and she did it! All I had to do was get my makeup done and walk down the aisle! If something went wrong, I didn’t know because that is just how absolutely amazing she is! I know everyone says this, but it truly was the best day of my life and I owe a huge thank you to Kim and her team for making it all happen. I will forever recommend Kim to anyone planning an event in the Forks area!

Kim was our wedding planner and day of coordinator and she made a world of a difference. I really wanted a show up and get married wedding. It was important to me to have very little to do during the planning phase. Kim had a list of vetted vendors and they knocked it out of the park (vendors from her list we used: DJ, florist, caterer and bartender, and baker). We were done planning and making stylistic choices MONTHS before the wedding because she made it super simple.

The wedding day itself was perfectly seamless. Kim made it clear during the rehearsal that any wedding party questions were to be directed to her or her team, not to the bride or groom, and that made my wedding day peaceful. Not one person at my wedding had a single job for the wedding besides being a guest and I’m so grateful for it.


If you’re getting married anywhere near Forks, hire Kim. She was worth every single penny.

Kim helped to create our perfect wedding and really brought in all the little details that made everything special. It was wonderful having her each step of the way to help plan out everything from the wedding license to the design for each little thing. She truly is amazing at bringing it all together.
