Ashley provided planning and day-of coordination services for our wedding. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we can't recommend her services enough to anyone planning a wedding.

Ashley was amazing and was on top of absolutely everything for us. She really helped us when we were starting to feel overwhelmed with our wedding planning. She prepared a detailed schedule for us, helped us figure out so many small details that we wouldn't have thought of without her, and coordinated all of our vendors to ensure that they always had all the information they needed.
The wedding day could not have gone any more smoothly, thanks in no small part to Ashley's incredible coordination skills! All our vendors had nothing but positive things to say about her.

I could not have done my wedding without her, I am someone who thought I had it all together but hiring her for my day of coordinator was the best choice ever. She helped me with so much and made sure we had everything down for our timeline. I especially liked our intro call where she went through a whole bunch of questions with me and put together our day of timeline. she then shared it with me so we could make changes to it together but seeing it all In one spot eased my mind so much. she was everything and more on the day of and made sure she handled anything that came up. Very kind and sweet and if I ever needed her she made she to let me know she was a phone call away. absolutely lovely human being. she was made for this job.

We did a lot of work ourselves and felt like a "day of" wedding coordinator wouldn't be the best use of our budget, but our venue required it and luckily, a friend got married and raved about Ashley. Boy, did we luck out. Not only did it feel like things were completely organized, with constant communication and follow through, it was great to have an extra person thinking ahead and taking initiative to get things done or raise issues we hadn't thought of. The day of was made more perfect because of her, whether it was helping with decor, organizing the schedule, or even asking a band playing at a festival outside to go on a break during our ceremony, we couldn't have done better than having Ashley as our coordinator. You will be just as happy as we were if you choose her.

Ashely was amazing to work with! Profesional, organized and kind. Makes sure your big day is very special and stress free. Is very helpful in any last minute situations and answers every question. One of the main things we loved from her work was the communication. It always flowed easy because she is willing to hear and understand your point of view. The event was a success because of her and went accordingly to our timeline. I was recently hired to officiate a wedding and at the rehearsal I met Ashley. I was so impressed with her professionalism and approachable style I just had to write a review about her. She did everything with a smile. She was so easy to work with. The day of the wedding she had everything under control. I could tell she has been coordinating weddings for a long time because she was able to guide everyone as to what to do, where to stand, what time to show up, etc. with such ease. There are so many things to say about Ashley! From big scale to the smallest detail, she genuinely cares. She had tissues ready for me after I cried through my father daughter dance. Overall, she rolled with all the punches of COVID. I was so exhausted from trying to plan around COVID with venues and vendors cancelling, and she always had answers and solutions to any issues that arose! She was so responsive to every question I had, and my wedding ultimately went flawlessly due to her coordination skills! She contacted all vendors to introduce herself and followed up to ensure a smooth day. Along the way, she was so understanding of what I valued in my wedding and what I was and wasn’t willing to spend money on.
