Key West Wedding Day provides Officiating and Ceremony Coordinating Services. Our team services Key West to Marathon Key and specializes in providing heartfelt conch hospitality. We understand that intimate or grandiose; it's Your Day and we let that shine through. All wedding services are also available in Spanish and Spanglish.

Wedding Officiant

With 20+ years of "uniting couples" the Key West Wedding Day team of Notaries and Ordained Ministers have a great deal of experience that is fitting this significant occasion.

Ceremony Coordinator

For ceremonies with a small Bridal Party, we also offer Ceremony Coordinating services consisting of guidance and hands-on assistance at the ceremony site. Why task family or friends with these duties when they should be enjoying Your Day with you?

Ana was wonderful!

Ana was great to work with throughout the process. Her knowledge was helpful throughout the process with us being from out of state and not familiar with the paperwork required for a marriage license in FL. She also reworked her ceremony so we could include our nephew as ring bearer. She was fantastic!

Ana is awesome!

Ana went above and beyond to make our ceremony special! She is everything we had hoped for and more. Ana was super flexible and even helped us find a great videographer at the last minute. Unique, No Stress - Ana took care of EVERYTHING!

Ana is simply the BEST! She was very quick with responses to my questions/concerns. She also provided beautiful flowers and a talented photographer. Our ceremony was beautiful. It was like we were being married by an old friend. She did it ALL!

Ana is absolutely the best! She was my wedding coordinator for my big day at Ocean Key Resort. Fantastic response time to all my emails and so great at helping me with all my worries leading up to the wedding and especially the day of. She did it all. Everything ran so smooth. And she even helped the guys with ties, cufflinks and boutonnieres. I truly found the best when I hired her. I can't thank her enough.

Ana was great to work with and very accommodating. My brother and (now) sister-in-law got a 7pm beach wedding and it went fairly well (short and sweet). Ana wasn't feeling well when it came time to perform the ceremony, but she pulled through like a trooper and was able to come through. I liked that she brought a little boom box with a song on it for their first dance (on the beach). The bouquet was beautiful and Gina the photographer was super-nice and energetic and did a great job of getting lots of pictures. We were pleased with the overall package. Thanks!
