And the way she captured our day…we have no words. Rasa’s eye for photography is unmatched. The photos, the videos, the moments; everything feels like a fairytale. She turned our memories into something we will cherish forever. She captured both still photos and short video clips throughout the day and then transformed them into breathtaking videos. We received our short video the very next day, and our full gallery just a week later, which is unbelievable. Our family and friends are in awe about how creative, elegant, and absolutely stunning everything turned out.
Michael created the most heartfelt, personal ceremony for us. Through their thoughtful planning process, he took the time to truly understand our story, and it showed in every word. It was emotional, genuine, and perfectly “us.” His gentle presence made the moment even more special.
We chose the photo experience package, which allowed us to have a first look at the beautiful Casa Marina Key West where we were staying (a moment I will never forget 🤍). Then, we were whisked away to Smathers Beach where we said “I do” with the ocean as our backdrop. We explored more beautiful spots for photos and wrapped up the most perfect morning by 11:00 AM.
From there, we were transported in a pristine van to Smathers Beach for our ceremony, and then to two additional locations for photos. Every part of the timeline was thoughtfully planned and executed perfectly by Rasa and Michael. They kept us laughing and smiling along the way.
It was intimate, joyful, stress-free, and full of love; everything we dreamed of and more.
They even recommended the most breathtaking restaurant for our wedding lunch at Louie's Backyard, which was the perfect ending to the most perfect day.

Steve and I decided it would be a great idea to get married on the beach on December 27th. The issue was that it was already December 18th and no one in Miami could accommodate due to the short notice and the holidays. A coworker told me he and his wife had been married by Conch Concierge 10 years before so I googled them since Key West is only a 4 hour drive. Michael could not have been more accommodating and reassuring. He presented options within our small budget which we greatly appreciated. I didn’t get the sunrise wedding I had wanted because it started to rain at 6 AM but Michael reassured us that we would be ready to go as soon as the shower passed through. We had a beautiful wedding. Rasa’s photos were perfection. As soon as the wedding was over and we took our pictures we went out to the food trucks and ordered tacos - our reception meal! It was so casual and so us, me eating tacos in my wedding dress on the street. I’m so happy that these wonderful people made our day so perfect.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Michael as our officiant and his wife, Rasa, as our day-of coordinator for our wedding on February 28, 2026, and we truly could not have asked for a better team.

Michael and Rasa were lovely. Very personalised service and made our wedding service so romantic. Live stream was great for our guests at home, even though it was windy they could hear every word. We did not have to worry about anything as Conch Concierge had it covered! Would highly recommend to anyone. The Conch shell blessing was a particularly lovely touch.
