My major issue with Flip was that two of his friends showed up to our reception uninvited. It was a very small group (only 28 guests) so these crashers did not go unnoticed. To avoid a confrontation, I told Flip that they could stay as long as they just drank the Bud Light out of the keg. We supplied the alcohol so there was a limited supply of everything except for the keg beer. After speaking with his friends, Flip came back to me and said "They don't want beer, they want hard alcohol". I was pretty appalled by their audacity. I was kind enough to allow these strangers to stay at our very small reception AND drink beer for free but that was not good enough for them. Flip should have handled the situation but did not. Instead, I spoke to his friends directly and told them they could drink beer or get out (this was after they already ordered 2 mixed drinks after I told them not to). After ordering a third drink behind my back, the uninvited guests left. Flip claims that he didn't know they were coming but even if that were true, he should have been professional enough to realize that it was inappropriate and he should have handled the situation without ever involving the bride and groom.
I have a few other complaints but I couldn't fit them all in under 2,000 characters so I am only posted the major complaint.
