I would recommend speaking to Nick or Michael - they were always helpful and knowledgeable. The two women I interacted with were far more interested in checking their phones and checking their appearances in reflecting surfaces than in helping me, so I avoided speaking with them on subsequent visits.

My fiancé got my engagement ring from here and he said Nick was amazing so we went back and ordered our wedding bands from him as well!!! He was so helpful and nice I must've tried 20+ bands and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, two minutes talking with nick and he pulled out my perfect band!!! He really knows what he's doing. My fiancé had a specific ring in mind but they didn't have it so he emailed nick a picture and they are custom making it for him!!! I cannot say how impressed I am with their knowledge, helpfulness, and kindness. You definitely won't be disappointed!!!
