Exceptional Customer Service!

If you are looking for wedding rings, Keegan’s is hands down the place to go! We first went to one of the chain jewelry stores and I am so thankful that we had a terrible experience there which led us to Keegan’s. Wedding planning is stressful but buying rings should be fun and the team here made us feel like we were the only ones in the store on a busy Saturday and had us laughing and smiling the entire time! Donna was so helpful in explaining all of our options and ensuring we picked pieces that we would love for a lifetime. The care and craftsmanship they put into their jewelry is exceptional. I wanted the diamonds on my wedding band to line up with those on my engagement ring and Sean added an extra stone to ensure they lined up perfectly! We will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs!

Great Experience!

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here and had a wonderful experience. They helped him pick out the diamond and listened to exactly what he asked for. It's everything I ever wanted! We had to go back to resize it slightly and they were so kind and excited for us. Got it back within an hour and looks perfect and fits perfect. Great experience all around!

I absolutely loved working with Keegan's as did my husband. Bruno wanted to use the setting from my grandmother's engagement ring and use a new center stone- to combine the old with the new. Nobody (went to 5 other jewlers) wanted to work with him to accomplish this and rather tried to sell him something else. Not Sean Keegan! He and Rachel worked with Bruno to create an exceptional engagement ring.
We obviously returned back for the wedding bands. I selected an eternity band that is phenomenal with superior diamonds that matched my ring exactly. Not having an eye for this, they showed me the difference between other rings and ensured that I had what went best with my engagement ring. Bruno's band was fantastic as well.
They are a family owned and run store, that delivers quality service and product in an affordable way! We love Keegan's and will work with them always!

I am lucky in that I got to pick out the style of my engagement ring and wedding band. What made it a lot easier was having the folks at Keegans helping me. When I didn't see the style of wedding band that I wanted that would complement my engagement ring, Sean was able to make one for me. The staff were so friendly and so helpful; it was an utter joy to use them. I will definitely be back for other pieces!

I had a nightmarish and heartbreaking experience with this Jeweler. I feel I have been financially taken advantage of and verbally and emottionally abused by this store.

In the end of January I apparently made a huge mistake in asking this store to adjust the prongs on my year old engagement ring. My fiance had purchased the ring from this store in January 2010. He loved the ring and I had loved the ring but it was never set to the height that he had requested. We never raised the issues because we thought it was what it was. In January, I caught up with a friend that had her diamond raised by her jewler and she explained how easy the process was. So I went back to this jewler and made the request. They reminded us that the ring was set low by the jewlers recommendation to protect the diamond but it would be no problem to re-build the prongs and raise slightly. I would be all set to have my ring in 3 weeks. At this time we were never warned of the adjustment creating any damage to my ring. We also discussed the need for a custom wedding band to match my engagement ring. We felt this made sense due to the length of time the jewler would have my ring and the relationship my fiance had built with them when he purchased my engagement ring.

3 weeks later I visited the store and found that no work had been done to either ring. We spoke to the jewler about both projects and we were reassured that it would be done briefly but neither project was started. My first red flag went up. A week later I received my engagement ring after a month without it. I was excited to have it back on my finger and paid and left the store happily. It was after the excitement wore down and showed my family that I realized that the prongs were all uneven, had scratches and seams and were crooked. I had my fiance immediately return to the store. He also went to another jewler to confirm there were indeed issues with the prongs.

At this point I sensed that I should cancel the custom order of my wedding band but my fiance still had faith in the jewler and we had put down $600. He had been reassured that fixing the prongs would be easy and the ring would be fine. I had also went into the store to size my wedding band. During that time we reviewed what I wanted and I was told not to worry my band would look a certain width once prepared and would look the same quality as other rings in the case.

Unfortunately my fears were realized when I went to the store to pick up my engagement ring and my wedding band. My engagement ring at first appeared better and the wedding band seemed "ok" I was a little overwhelmed by the process and thought while looking at them at the store they looked ok and I could live with them. When I got home on further inspection I noticed the very poor workmanship on both. My engagment ring still appeared to be crooked and have weird prongs and my wedding band was sloppily crafted. I called another jewlery store to have an expert opinion and was distraught by what I learned.

In my appointment, I learned that indeed my engagment ring prongs were poorly crafted and would have to be redone. Not only were they crooked but they were unsecure and not holding my diamond. They also informed me that the original jewler had damaged and scratched the top of the setting of my ring and had chipped the bottom of my DIAMOND. They looked at my wedding band and could see that it was not a replica of my engagement band as I had been promised. The diamonds were set sloppily and the miligrain detailing was off and looked in places like a cerated knife. I was also informed that one of the diamonds in that piece was cracked.

Crying and heartbroken I realized that I had two very important pieces of jewlery damaged and a loss of $1200 on my new band and had put $90 into a repair that created $400 worth of damage to my engagement ring.

The next week my fiance reached out to the jewler to see what could be done. We wanted to see if there was any way we could be compencated for the damage and receive any refund on my ring. After the conversation he aggreed to think about a partial refund for the materials and some of the labor. He offered to call the next day with a figure. In the middle of the day I called to receive the figure in hopes of putting this disaster behind us. I wanted to stay cordial.

Unfortunatly the conversation turned bad very quickly when I was informed that the store would not refund anything on either of my rings and would not cover any of the damage. I was informed that all the damage was a result of my own fault. The store would only cover repairing my diamond in house. That my act of asking other jewelers for advice was a betrayal and I had acted "like a wife that was sleeping around town" I was verbally insulted in several other unprofessional ways and was unable to get to any resolution with my rings. I was completely stunned and horrified with my experience with this store. I was two months away from my wedding with a damaged engagement ring and a wedding band that I could not stand to look at after my experience with this vendor.

I will never step foot in this store again and would not recommend this store for any service. They are completely unprofessional and unethical and do not stand behind their work.
