Her advice and options were invaluable when I was feeling unsure, and she kept everything organized like a pro. Thanks to her, our wedding day was beyond amazing. Karen had a calming presence that kept us at ease throughout the entire wedding day. Her ability to maintain a strong timeline ensured that everything ran smoothly and on schedule. On top of that, she provided us with a wonderful referral list, which helped us assemble an amazing team of vendors. Thanks to Karen, we had a dream team that made our wedding day absolutely perfect! Guests were amazed by how wonderful our wedding day was and we owe it all to Karen for helping us ensure the guests experience was a top priority.

My husband and I got married in September at Mountain Shadows and had the absolute perfect day thanks to Karen and the entire KDP team. From day one, Karen was professional, communicative, and super sweet! She was much more than a day-of coordinator - she truly went above and beyond with her level of engagement and support from the very beginning. I had been dreaming of this day since I was about 5 years old, so I really hoped everything would be as perfect as I had envisioned. Karen exceeded all expectations I had and more!! Every single detail was executed flawlessly. I was in awe of how beautiful everything turned out. Our guests even raved about Karen and how organized, professional, and “on it” she was. She didn’t miss a thing. The team was fantastic & so supportive throughout the entire process and literally made us feel so special day of. Karen is truly AMAZING! Words cannot due her justice. She is organized, capable, easy to work with and realistic. There are so many things I appreciated about working with Karen.
1. We told her our budget and she helped us stick to it. She was realistic and upfront with us about average pricing so we didn’t get in over our head.
2. She let me do as much as I wanted to as little as I wanted in an area.
3. She kept me stress free through the process and most importantly the big day.
4. She worked well with all of my vendors (coordinating with them and everyone had great feedback) and also worked super well with the bridal party etc.
5. Lastly Karen is just a wanted human who is the definition of a pro. She works hard to help you have a perfect day!
