My husband and I contemplated hiring a day-of-coordinator thinking we could do everything ourselves. We were definitely in over our heads and decided to hire Kristi. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Kristi made the whole day go so smoothly and promised us that our ceremony would start on time when other vendors told us it probably wouldn't. With Kristi's help our ceremony started on time and we were able to squeeze in everything we wanted for our wedding. Both of our families raved over how great of a job Kristi did and we couldn't have been more pleased. She even brought an emergency bridal kit (Kleenex, bobby pins, mints, tide stain pens and more) for all the girls who were getting ready to use as needed. Kristi also decorated my desert table and picked up my bridal party lunch before the wedding. Honestly, the list goes on and on of all the little details Kristi took care of at our wedding that we cannot thank her enough! She is highly skilled and knowledgeable in what she does, 10/10 would recommend Kristi!

Where to begin? Brandi on Kristi's team is INCREDIBLE! I truly cannot sing her praises enough. She kept all of the trains running smoothly throughout our wedding day, as well as the entire month leading up to it. She was incredibly reliable, responsive, and organized - in addition to being unbelievably kind, caring, and fun. She understood my (slightly obsessive) attention to detail and was an amazing partner to me throughout the final weeks of planning. I cannot recommend Kristi enough! She hadn’t seen my venue in person before so right after booking she suggested we go to an open house they were hosting so she could see the space to hear about my vision. I am particular (to say the least) and Kristi took very detailed notes and kept on top of all the changing details and timelines for our wedding day. Closer to our wedding day, Kristi would check in on us and make sure everything was going well and she even helped us navigate a difficult situation with our florist. She had great suggestions for vendors, including rentals for our ceremony space, easels for all our signage, and even a margarita machine! Kristi is a great wedding coordinator and will help make your special day stress-free! She started working with me immediately, meeting several times to walk through details, answer questions, and make plans to coordinate the day.
