I was skeptical to go to such a mainstream jeweler to find my wedding band that would fit my antique engagement ring, but when we walked into Kay Jewelers (the one on Maui located at the Kaaumanu shopping center) they were so helpful. The were very attentive to what my husband and I were looking for and they worked with us for hours until we found our bands. I love our wedding bands and they were reasonably priced and on sale!! Excellent company!

We went to find the perfect ring and we did. However, they did not tell us the added costs to change the band until after we had purchased the ring. Then they said it would take a few weeks to get the ring in (which was when my fiance was planning on proposing as we were out of state) and they put the wrong band on. They wern't willing to help out at all and this was going to be the last time I saw my finance until we were going to be married. He almost wasn't going to be able to propose with the ring because it wasn't ready. Finally it was ready two days before he left.
