Katie has this amazing ability to capture the emotion of a wedding - the feeling of it, the vibe, the energy. She finds the moments, big and small, that define the couple and their love, so that their story shines through in the photos. There are no pose-y, artificial looking photos that you will look back on in 20 years and laugh at. Katie's style is modern but timeless. If you want to feel like a supermodel, Katie is your girl. The things she does with light is out of control gorgeous. She finds settings within your venue to provide beautiful and unique backdrops that will make your photos unlike any others you have ever seen (like a smelly wooden dock covered in barnacles = suddenly a chic Maine backdrop). Katie is a top notch photographer if you are looking for high energy and extreme professionalism, she actually made the photo process fun. We hired Katie to do our engagement photos and wedding photos. She went above and beyond with our engagement photos and we knew we were in good hands for the wedding. When we had to move our wedding due to Covid she was extremely helpful and understanding, the only thing she asked was that we pay in full by the original wedding date which we were happy to do since she is a 1 person shop and was in a scary place with the state of the world, she didn't charge any penalties or extras because we had to move our date by a year. Leading up to the wedding she was great at communication and making sure we knew who to have where for photos so everything would go smoothly the day of. On the wedding day Katie took charge and got every photo we could imagine in a timely manner. When we wanted to walk down to take pictures on the cliffs in Newport Katie was all in, going far above the expectations to get the shot. We were super happy with how the photos came out and were delivered within the window she gave us. We would definitely hire her again!

Katie was fun, engaging, and professional. My husband said his favorite part of the wedding day was taking pictures!!!

Can't say enough about Katie. Neither my husband or I are very comfortable in front of a camera and really wanted to work with someone who brought out a more natural side of us. Enter Katie. We met with her to do our engagement photos about a year before our wedding and we immediately felt assured that we made the right choice. We went into the session very skeptical and, to be completely honest, sort of dreading it. Engagement photos always seemed so cheesy to us and we both expected it to be uncomfortable. We had a BLAST.
