Kate captures the moment with ease

Kate photographed our wedding - from getting ready, the first look, ceremony, and reception and the photos are amazing. She has a seamless way of taking photos without you noticing, catching candid moments and interactions so naturally. We changed our wedding plans due to covid but she just rolled with the punches, including making our photos look perfect even with middle-of-the-day bright sunshine, instead of the traditional afternoon wedding light. She was very communicative from start to finish and helped us design a beautiful wedding album with the photos. She's kind and professional, you will not be disappointed. You can find a lot of these qualities in other photographers, but her knack for catching the moment really shows in her photography- there's just something extra special about her and her work - it's why we chose her over anyone else. Thanks Kate!

Wonderful experience!

From beginning to end, Kate made our entire wedding planning process stress-free and exciting! Each conversation with Kate was easy-going and productive. She made everyone feel comfortable as she photographed our day! Kate went above and beyond to ensure our day ran smoothly and we got all the shots we wanted. We were so lucky to have had Kate document our wedding day through beautiful photos!

Kate was a pleasure to work with. She had photographed my sisters wedding a few years earlier, and we loved her photojournalistic style so much that we immediately knew who we wanted for our own wedding. We were obviously excited, nervous, and being pulled in a dozen different directions the entire day, but Kate did a great job of guiding us through our first looks, and all of our family groupings. She caught all of the moments we were hoping for during the ceremony & reception, and we had our select photos sooner than expected. We would definitely recommend her for your wedding.

Kate was so easy to work with. She captured our wedding day in a natural, uninstrusive way. She is professional, easy to communicate/correspond with, and takes beautiful photos. We couldn't have been happier with how the pictures came out and how smooth the entire process with her went. I would absolutely recommend her!

Kate and her assistant were wonderful to work with. We had a blast working with them, and they were very willing to go to a few different sites and even met with us before the big day to view the sites and discuss what kind of photos we were hoping for. Looking back on our day Kate was an intregal part and because of her photos we have a wonderful way to remember our big day. From engagement photos, getting ready, the ceremony and rehearsal and every moment in between Kate was everywhere! We are so beyond happy with her photos and are very thankful we were able to work with her. We can't wait to work with her again!

I was very worried about finding a wedding photographer. After all, photos are the only thing you'll have to share with everyone after the big day, and you want every moment preserved perfectly. We interviewed many photographers, and messaged many more before Kate, and found most unreliable or half interested at best. Then we were referred to Kate. From the first few minutes of meeting with her, we knew that she was perfect for us. She was so welcoming, and had so many great ideas and packages for us to choose from. She listened to everything that we were hoping for, and on the big day, went above and beyond. She is the most pleasant and professional person that we've ever met, and we couldn't be happier with her work. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing, professional, wonderful experience.

Even before I contracted with Kate to shoot our wedding, I hired Kate to shoot several tennis events at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, RI that I was involved in playing with such tennis greats as John McEnroe, Jim Courier and other Grand Slam champions. Her professional approach was seamless in getting great court-side shots while never even being noticed by tennis greats who sometimes become upset at even the slightest disturbance.
Recommending Kate to shoot anyone's wedding is a no brainer. If you're lucky enough to find her to be available for your wedding date, grab it because she's in very high demand. We put our reservation in almost a year in advance! Our wedding pictures are nothing short of spectacular - she captured every important moment in vivid and dazzling crisp photography that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We can whole heartily recommend Kate for anyone's wedding or any other event which requires expert professional photography.

I would highly recommend Kate as the photographer for any event! I have used Kate's services for personal photos, friends photos, engagement photos, and our wedding photos- and I have never been disapponted. She is always flexible and open to any ideas or suggestions. Our wedding photos were beautiful and classic. Kate even suggested a few places around Newport that would provide a great background, and she was right! We are so happy with our photos for all events and will continue to use her for all our special occasions!
