Kara of KaraKosmetics is a true professional. I had a lot of makeup trials for my wedding, and two with Kara. Both times she was completely accommodating, and we had a lot of fun trying out several makeup looks for my wedding. Each time she was calm, prepared, and very knowledgeable about what she was doing. On the day of my wedding, I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Kara was again super calm, which was really helpful given the day, and she was prepared for all of us and worked without a hitch. I would recommend Kara to anyone without reservation and can't wait to have another event so she can do my makeup!

Kara did an amazing job on the makeup for my entire bridal party! Everyone looked beautiful!!! I told her I wanted my eyes to "pop" on the day of my wedding, and she did just that... I felt amazing! Kara is simply amazing at her craft! I had 5 disastrous makeup trials before happening upon Kara - phew! As I don't wear a lot of makeup in general, I wanted to look like myself on my wedding day, only enhanced. Each makeup artist I had trials with before Kara put way too much makeup on me, making me look like a teen going to a nightclub or washed out and caky. When I explained to Kara that I wanted coverage but also wanted to see my skin through the makeup and that I wanted her to play up my eyes without being too smoky, she delivered! On my wedding day, Kara was on time, friendly and she brought it again :) Not only did she again do an amazing job with my makeup as well as for the other women on my wedding day, my husband and I film and photograph weddings every weekend, and she is by far the best makeup artist we've seen. Kara, you rock! THANK YOU for helping to make our wedding even more special!!
