The upper green behind the clubhouse boasts the ability to seat up to 250 guests for outdoor ceremonies as it overlooks the eastern edge of the golf course. Kalahari Resort & Conventions can accommodate up to 1000 guests and has 26 event spaces. The resort doubles as a hotel that has 760 guest rooms. A bridal suite is also available and is the perfect get-away to relax and refresh before the ceremony and reception. Showcase a little something extra with the state-of-the-art A/V and lighting, house sound and background music. From large ballrooms for when everyone and their date RSVP’d they would be there, to smaller spaces for an intimate affair – the flow will be seamless and the focus will be all on you and your love.

We've had the honor of shooting at Trappers Turn and at The Kalahari more than few times and the venue and prepping areas for the couples have always been very clean and bright. The staff has gone out of their way countless number of times for us as photographers, moving items, getting items and just being extremely helpful to us and the other vendors to ensure a perfect day and night for our couples.
I cannot express enough what an amazing job The Kalahari Resort and Trappers Turn Golf Club do. Their quality, professionalism and attention to detail are at the top in the industry. No matter who we are working with, they take great care in making sure everything is perfect for every event. As a vendor, I always have positive experiences with their staff from the servers and bartenders all the way up to the management! As big as they are, every customer still gets treated with great, old fashioned customer service from everyone that works there; including the owners!
