After working with K&L Photography LLC it’s hard to imagine working with anyone else. They’re based in Portsmouth, NH and they came to photograph my Windham, NH wedding and also trekked a mountain with us in Maine for our engagement photos. So many guests commented how great our photographers were. There are qualities you see before even receiving the photos. They always treated us with the same respect and dedication of a “real one” type of friend, the kind that always lifts you up in all ways, even when you’re already as happy as can be, and the kind that goes out of their way consistently to remember what you’ve said is really important to you. They can shuffle through a busy timeline so unbelievably well. They were excellent with other vendors, with guests, and with us. Our piano player (Andrew Kaplan, also excellent) when saying goodbye to us even brought them up, "You have some really great photographers." A guest said "They had genuine smiles on their faces all night -genuine, not forced ones." Numerous other guests told us positive comments about them both during and after our wedding day, most echoing a general comment of "You have great photographers!" (How unusual for guests to comment that to the bride and groom! We only had a minute to talk to most guests!) Their portfolio speaks for itself in terms of their talent and style. I don’t really want to work with anyone else for all future photography needs, only if they are already booked - and they are BUSY!

We cannot recommend K&L Photography enough! From start to finish, they were simply amazing. Kaylie and Lindsey were professional, organized, and a joy to work with. They provided exceptional quality photographs that truly captured every special moment (& from multiple angles!)

They were also great resources for helping us plan out the timeline for photographs throughout the day. They were available to meet with us beforehand to review every detail and make sure they understood our vision for the day.

We were so impressed with how they incorporated our wishes into the day in such creative ways. For example, we had initially wanted to go table to table to take photos with each group during a song but decided against it. Instead, they surprised us with many group photographs of our guests taken during cocktail hour. Another memorable moment was seeing our first kiss captured both straight on overlooking the view and facing our guests. They even captured our families' reactions, something we otherwise would have missed out on.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with K&L Photography. If they are available for your date and in budget you won’t be disappointed with their work. They truly went above and beyond to capture our special day in the most beautiful way possible.

Kaylie and Lindsey were fantastic to work with! We had both engagement and wedding photos with them, and doing the engagement session was so helpful: It gave them a chance to get to know us (and vice versa!) and helped us feel more comfortable in front of the camera in advance of "the big day." Kaylie and Lindsey are so kind, funny, and personable that our sessions with them were actually fun - huge coming from two people who don't love having their pictures taken! They were very communicative and attentive, making sure to check in about getting all the photos we wanted.
