It was lovely and so easy to work with Susan on my day-of paper! We had used another service for our invitations, and she matched the font/colors perfectly to create a cohesive feel to the day. She was super responsive, paid great attention to detail, sent us everything in easy-to-work with files and got the printed versions to us ahead of schedule. The aesthetics of it all were perfect. Susan was incredible to work with! She took my initial ideas, colors and vibe of wedding and turned it into a beautiful invitation. All the details were perfect and the process was seamless. You can tell she is a true professional in the field and loves what she does.

Cannot recommend Susan enough! She is beyond patient and wonderful to work with! We started out the process with a video call so she could show us several different designs. She does not charge additionally for different edits while in the design phase. She always responded within 24 hours for feedback on her design. We received countless compliments on our invitation suite, menus, and hotel cards. She was super creative and willing to share other designs she created for other weddings to give us ideas for our theme. Cannot recommend her enough! Her communication, attention to detail, and quality of work cannot be matched! She is the best around and probably one of the easiest vendors I worked with throughout the entire planning process!

Susan was SO amazing and easy to work with. She was always available through text or email to answer any of our questions. She would check in and make sure we were on track to have all wedding pieces done on time. We had a lot of last minute guest and meal changes and she was able to accommodate all of the changes we needed. She did our invitations and our day of signage and we are STILL getting compliments about them!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Susan and Just Ink on Paper. Susan took our inspiration, asked great questions, and provided helpful direction. She sent multiple proofs and cheerfully dealt with our (multiple) guest list changes. Also important, Susan respected our budget and was able to deliver on our vision. I am a self proclaimed stationary snob and our invitation pieces exceeded my expectations and then some!

Getting our stationary through Just Ink On Paper was by far one of the best decisions (albeit a splurge) we made for our wedding. Susan was so welcoming and inviting and even from the very start, was able to guide our appointment to show us styles and colors and paper options that matched our "vibe" and venue. She has so many style options including Baltimore and Maryland-themed details which were so incredible. We were even able to include a baltimore map as our envelope liner! She answered all of our questions and concerns easily and made the selection process simple. She would send multiple proofs and drafts of our invitation and other stationary items to ensure they were exactly how we wanted them. She was able to incorporate small details as well as ensure every small item tied together and "fit" (literally within the envelope, and metaphorically within the design and the invitation suite). We loved our invitations so much that we also utilized Just Ink on Paper for our table numbers (she had Baltimore themed table numbers!!), escort cards, and ceremony programs. She was able to do these in a very speedy and timely fashion without compromising quality and beauty and perfection.

Although a splurge, if it is within budget, I highly recommend Just Ink on Paper as your stationary source. It was such an amazing experience from start to finish and I know if I have any future stationary needs, I will go straight to her!
