Amazing Wedding Invites!

Susan did an amazing job with my wedding invites! She really brought my vision to life and I could not have asked for someone better to work with! I was also on a time crunch because my previous vendor dropped the ball so I really appreciated how quick and responsive she was.

An invitation designer like no other!!

If you're looking for a truly CUSTOM wedding invitation experience - look no further than Just Ink on Paper! I have always been a lover of all things "paper" and was looking for a local expert who had a studio I could go to in person to see/feel examples for inspiration. I am so glad our wedding planner recommended Susan! Susan is truly an expert at her craft and the entire experience since the first consultation meeting exceeded my expectations. She listened to our inspiration and suggested details that showed she truly understood the vision we were going for. From our save the dates, to our invitation suites and day of paper, Susan absolutely CRUSHED it and I am forever grateful to have these to keep forever! Wonderful Experience!

It was lovely and so easy to work with Susan on my day-of paper! We had used another service for our invitations, and she matched the font/colors perfectly to create a cohesive feel to the day. She was super responsive, paid great attention to detail, sent us everything in easy-to-work with files and got the printed versions to us ahead of schedule. The aesthetics of it all were perfect. Highly recommend!

Incredible invitations, down to every detail!

Susan was incredible to work with! She took my initial ideas, colors and vibe of wedding and turned it into a beautiful invitation. All the details were perfect and the process was seamless. You can tell she is a true professional in the field and loves what she does.

Susan is fantastic!

Cannot recommend Susan enough! She is beyond patient and wonderful to work with! We started out the process with a video call so she could show us several different designs. She does not charge additionally for different edits while in the design phase. She always responded within 24 hours for feedback on her design. We received countless compliments on our invitation suite, menus, and hotel cards. She was super creative and willing to share other designs she created for other weddings to give us ideas for our theme. Cannot recommend her enough! Her communication, attention to detail, and quality of work cannot be matched! She is the best around and probably one of the easiest vendors I worked with throughout the entire planning process!

The best!!

Susan was SO amazing and easy to work with. She was always available through text or email to answer any of our questions. She would check in and make sure we were on track to have all wedding pieces done on time. We had a lot of last minute guest and meal changes and she was able to accommodate all of the changes we needed. She did our invitations and our day of signage and we are STILL getting compliments about them!

You want these invitations!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Susan and Just Ink on Paper. Susan took our inspiration, asked great questions, and provided helpful direction. She sent multiple proofs and cheerfully dealt with our (multiple) guest list changes. Also important, Susan respected our budget and was able to deliver on our vision. I am a self proclaimed stationary snob and our invitation pieces exceeded my expectations and then some!

The dreamiest stationary experience

Getting our stationary through Just Ink On Paper was by far one of the best decisions (albeit a splurge) we made for our wedding. Susan was so welcoming and inviting and even from the very start, was able to guide our appointment to show us styles and colors and paper options that matched our "vibe" and venue. She has so many style options including Baltimore and Maryland-themed details which were so incredible. We were even able to include a baltimore map as our envelope liner! She answered all of our questions and concerns easily and made the selection process simple. She would send multiple proofs and drafts of our invitation and other stationary items to ensure they were exactly how we wanted them. She was able to incorporate small details as well as ensure every small item tied together and "fit" (literally within the envelope, and metaphorically within the design and the invitation suite). We loved our invitations so much that we also utilized Just Ink on Paper for our table numbers (she had Baltimore themed table numbers!!), escort cards, and ceremony programs. She was able to do these in a very speedy and timely fashion without compromising quality and beauty and perfection.

Although a splurge, if it is within budget, I highly recommend Just Ink on Paper as your stationary source. It was such an amazing experience from start to finish and I know if I have any future stationary needs, I will go straight to her!

Susan is a one-of-a-kind vendor who absolutely changed the wedding game for us. She was one of the first vendors we worked with in the wedding-planning process, and she set the bar so high in terms of professionalism, communication, flexibility, and genuine caring. Susan is the best!!

Susan is the best!! From the start we felt completely at ease and under good hands working with her. The amount of different options for invitation suites can be a bit overwhelming at first. Susan was so helpful with navigating all of the different options and helping us narrow down a vision within our desired price range. With her guidance, she was able to add a few special personal touches to the invites such as a watercolor wash my mom made for the envelope liner, and a floral embossing that mirrored the floral embroidery on my wedding dress. Something that was especially appreciated too was her extreme responsiveness. She turned around proofs so quickly and was so helpful responding with any questions we had. The invites and day of stationary turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined and we received so many compliments on them. If you want a stress-free experience, with endless options and a beautiful outcome with your invites and/or any other paper needs hire Susan!!

The best of the best

Susan did our wedding invitations designed with a nautical eastern shore vibe and I couldn't have dreamed them to look better! We received so many compliments and truly one of my favorite "wedding planning" parts. She was very responsive and timely with every request. More importantly she was my life savor after dropping the ball for seating chart and reception detail signs. She reached out about 3 weeks before wedding date to just check in and I am forever grateful she did! She was able to design seating chart, table "thank you" cards for our guest, bar signs, and entrance table signs. She had them designed, printed and in our hands with time to spare! Can't speak enough praise of Susan and her work! HIGHLY recommend!

The absolute EASIEST vendor to work with!

Susan/Just Ink on Paper came recommended by our wedding planner and I can absolutely see why. Over the last many months, we worked together in creating save the dates, an invitation suite, and much of our day-of stationary. I've never experienced a vendor so easy to communicate with (she responds to e-mails so fast!). Susan has wonderful design taste when it comes to all the pretty paper, but would accommodate adjustments and changes without batting an eye. The final products were very high quality and we received tons of compliments on all of our pretty paper!

Susan is a true professional in the industry, and I wish I had an excuse to work with her again soon.

Amazing stationery for your wedding!

After seeing my sister’s wedding invitations that Susan created, I knew exactly where I was going for mine the day I got engaged. Susan’s work speaks for itself - she is an incredible artist, beyond that she is such a kind and wonderful person to work with. Through three wedding dates, she went above and beyond catering to our ever evolving plans and providing thoughts and ideas of how to work through the situation.

Her vision for stationary and how to put the entire suite together is unparalleled. Susan brought my vision to life and created both invitations and day of papers that were more perfect than I could ever have imagined. I could not recommend her more!!! I didn’t even know I could love my wedding stationary this much!!!

As soon as I got engaged, Susan & Just Ink were the first vendor I knew I wanted to lock in! I'd admired her work for years and was so excited to have her design our invitations. Susan was so easy to work with, helped us walk through the process, and made everything seamless. Our invitation were the foundation of our overall color scheme/design and I wouldn't have it any other way! We ended up postponing 2x due to COVID and I made sure our original invites were still front and center in the pictures because I loved them so much! Book and you won't regret it!

Beautiful Unique Invitations That Set the Theme for our Wedding

Susan McArdle from Just Ink on Paper designed our invitations and they turned out perfect. My husband laughs at me because I was more excited about the invitations than most of the other details of our wedding. We got married at the Belvedere and the Baltimore Skyline set was perfect and set our Baltimore Theme. Susan also designed the table tents that had different Baltimore landmarks. We received a ton of compliments.

Incredible invitations!

I am so glad I chose Just Ink On Paper for my wedding invitations!
I had an October wedding, and was coming home from a 4th of July vacation panicking about invitations (and programs, and menus) because I had no idea where to start. Luckily I found Just Ink On Paper – Susan is absolutely incredible!! She probably thought I was crazy for not having started invitations with fewer than 90 days to go, but she did not show it. Susan was incredibly responsive and made me feel like we had plenty of time! She set up an in-person consultation where we reviewed previous invitations and reviewed all the possible options. My mom requested traditional invitations, I wanted tartan envelope liners, and Susan worked with our requests every step of way. She was so patient with us and our indecisiveness! The week of the wedding my mom and I noticed we were missing one of the table numbers. Susan even went out of her way to send the table number via fed ex so that our numbers were complete! Beyond the invitations and table numbers, Susan also turned out beautiful programs, menus, escort cards, and thank you notes. If it weren’t for Just Ink On Paper, I would have been incredibly lost! She somehow made it look like I was on top of things 😊 Don’t hesitate to work with Susan!

Wonderful!!!

Susan was amazing!! I highly recommend using her for your wedding invitations!! I waited until the last minute to design our wedding invitations but Susan made sure we would still have our wedding invites before the 8 week send out mark. We lived in Philly so with the short period of time we had she was so accommodating and helped us plan everything via phone and email. She sent us language templates with fonts/colors to help us with the planning process. She even mailed us samples of invitations we were considering (with different colors and paper styles) so we could see them in person and it helped so much with picking our invitation suite. She was awesome to work with and completed everything for us in such a short time frame. Highly recommend!

Wedding paper designs I'll treasure forever!

Susan exceeded every expectation I had throughout the wedding paper design process! I could not be more grateful for Susan’s patience, eye for design and fun/creative ideas! I am thrilled that we chose to work with her and hope that we have the opportunity to work with her on something in the future. From our first meeting at her studio I knew she was special. We scoured over swatches to find the perfect shade of dusty blue and the perfect light gray-- two things that were extremely important to this very particular bride. I explained to Susan that I wanted something timeless but with a twist- something that my guests hadn’t seen before… and from that she had the most fun suggestions! She worked with me hand in hand to get every detail perfect. From the custom calligraphy that we incorporated into every piece in the suite, to the vellum envelopes with custom address stickers and the coordinating vellum invite wraps, to finding the perfect letterpress with the lightest touch of gray (she even had me come to the letterpress shop to make sure it was absolutely perfect.) She was with me every step of the way and always responded in excitement with every tweak, detail, decision and adjustment. Susan always made me feel like she was just as excited as I was for the project. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out- we received tons of compliments on the little details that we incorporated. Susan is simply awesome at what she does!

The most gorgeous invitations out there!

Susan is honestly the best! After searching online forever my husband and I couldn't find anything we quite loved, until we found Susan. When we had our consultation we went through every detail and designed the most gorgeous invitations we've ever seen. Susan was very detailed and kept us up to date on the entire process with emails with proofs and notices when they made the invites made their way to the printer. I can't even tell you how many compliments we received on our invitations which is why we even had Susan do our menus and place cards for our wedding! If you have the opportunity please work with Susan and you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Susan for all you did, Denny and I will never be able to thank you enough for your amazing work!

Exceptional Service & Stunning Invitations

Beautiful invitations with endless design options! Susan at Just Ink on Paper was a pleasure to work with and made our vision for wedding invitations come to life. She is super organized, has various sample designs and fonts at her studio, and will collaborate with you to create the perfect invitation suite. We had a black and white themed wedding and wanted elegant invitations to match. Susan more than delivered with white letterpress invitations with black font and a blind hit pattern border (didn't know what this was called but saw it on one of Susan's previous invitations and she customized the design to match the quilted pattern we had on our cake). She is responsive, happy to answer any questions, and even took care of assembling the invitations.

Exceptional Stationary, Gorgeous Designs and Insanely Prompt Service. You can't go wrong with Susan from Just Ink on Paper! Her creativity knows no bounds and, when in doubt, she will steer you straight! If you have an idea, she can make it happen. And, even better, she's excited to make it happen! Susan loves her job and it shows through her incomparable eye for detail, patience when you change your mind, and very quick response times. She even helped me in an emergency, no questions asked! Her adorable office is in Locust Point with ample parking. Long after the wedding was over and a lot of wedding businesses would move onto their new clients and forget the old, I received a Christmas gift from Susan. A timeless treasure using a piece of our wedding stationary (but I won't give away the surprise). Definitely something Susan did not have to do but just goes to show her kindness and love for her couples. Thank you, Susan!

Not "just" ink on paper!

Susan at Just Ink on Paper is the best. She worked with us to create a gorgeous invitation suite and day-of paper that was classic, modern, and incorporated elements of DC without being over the top. Susan has a ton of existing templates you can work with, or she'll create something totally new for you as well! She's thoughtful, thorough, and has great attention to detail. I can't recommend her enough!

Susan helped us stay true to our romantic garden wedding vision and made some great suggestions throughout the process, including doing an envelope liner to add a pop of color. Susan was very professional and responsive and produced a high quality design. If I were to do it again, I would have tried to hop on the phone with Susan a bit more to eliminate some of the emailing. All in all, we were absolutely thrilled with the designs! We recommend Just Ink on Paper to all brides and grooms!

Look no further for custom designed wedding invitations! We had originally planned on making our own invites, but saw a magazine ad for Just Ink on Paper's Baltimore-themed stationary and fell completely in love. We were worried about cost, but Susan was attentive, compassionate, and understanding from the get-go, and worked with us to create a package we loved and a budget we felt comfortable with. We were SO thrilled with the final product and have an invitation that hangs framed on our wall attesting to how much the design meant to us. Susan was incredible from start to finish!

Susan worked with us in creating our invitations and ceremony/reception items (including signage, menus, programs, place cards, escort cards). She also worked with my mom to create shower invitations. Susan is truly talented! We received so many compliments over our invitations. She made them really personal and unique to us with touches like a silhouette resembling our dog on the return envelopes and an envelope liner map of Baltimore with spots that were important to us marked off. Working with her was really easy--chatting with her during our first meeting, I felt like we had been friends for years. She is prompt and professional. Susan was such a wonderful vendor to work with and I could not be happier with how all of our wedding stationary came out. I had a dream in mind when I started thinking about invitations and Susan made it come to life even better than I could have pictured! We went to her studio for a consolation and she had tons of samples, which allowed us to mix and match various ideas until we came up with a concept I completely loved. There are many things to think about when creating invitations and Susan made sure that each piece was perfect, while keeping the whole design cohesive. Many of our guest commented on how beautiful our invitations were. Not only were the invitations amazing, but working with Susan was also fabulous. She was always extremely responsive, very patient, and worked very quickly make any changes I asked for. We had some issues on our end that caused delays and Susan was unbelievably kind and did a wonderful job keeping things on schedule regardless. I wish that all of our vendors were as easy to work with as she was! Susan also helped us create our other stationary needs for the wedding, which were stunning. I would recommend her to anyone, her work is exceptional!

Susan McArdle is a fabulous designer and creative professional. I was impressed with her design experience and warm personality. When we first met with her, she took the time to get to know us and get a feel for our style and ideas on what we wanted to do. She has an extensive portfolio and showed us different designs and offered suggestions on things I wanted to include. I wanted a unicorn theme on my invitations and Susan incorporated that into each of the pieces we wanted to use. She gave us some unique ideas that made the invitations exceptional. She was very accessible and was always quick to respond to email questions. I had several late changes and Susan accommodated me with ease. The quality of the finished invitation set from the save-the-date cards to the table numbers was really outstanding. Susan set the stage for my wedding with the beautiful invitations. Susan is the best- hands down. I loved her immediately, and then I loved her work. She was so easy to work with and was incredibly fast in making edits and revisions, and didnt mind how many versions we went through until we were happy with the final product. The caliber of my wedding would not have come to fruition if it were not for the amazingly talented team of vendors we had for our special day. I had a dream theme in mind, I wanted a classic Gatsby, old Hollywood glam feel, and for my invitations I wanted an art deco meets modern feel, & my wedding planner, Elle Ellinghaus, along with the amazing team of her recommended vendors made my dream wedding come true even better than I imagined.
I honestly don’t think I could have gotten through it if it weren’t for Susan at Just Ink on Paper. I am a graphic designer as well, so I wanted the ability to give a lot of creative input into my wedding stationary, but wedding planning & work got so busy that I wasn’t able to take on designing as much of my own pieces as I would have liked. Susan collaborated with me on the invitations, where she had amazing ideas to put my vision to life. We did an art deco design with beautiful gold foil pressed invitations with a gold glitter backing adhered & wrapped in a black & white ribbon to tie together the invitation as well as the vision. I called her freaking out a few times because I wasn’t going to have the time to design anything else like I originally wanted, and she was so sweet & calm, she took the wheel & took over producing all of the remaining stationary needs; she took care of my menus, programs, table numbers & signature drink signs, and everything was absolutely stunning. Susan made my dreams come true & she did it with a smile. She is so talented & friendly, I will 100% use her again for any future needs, & I highly recommend her. She was incredibly creative during the design process, quick to respond to email ideas and questions, and remained patient through multiple rounds of editing. She was so easy and pleasant to work with and we recommend her to others looking for a wide range of designs from elegant to funky to Baltimore-themed! There are a lot of upgrades available depending on your budget, and Susan makes all of the options clear so you can make an informed decision.

Susan created a common theme and style to carry throughout our paper goods to help set the tone for our black tie wedding. She designed save-the-dates, invitations, thank-you cards, escort cards, program cards, menus, and other day-of paper goods. Susan designed every piece of stationary for my wedding - from Save-the-Dates, to invitations, to menus/programs/place cards/hotel cards, etc! Susan helped me to create the most amazing pieces that captured the essence of my then fiancé and I, and our families. Things that I had imagined, pinned, or envisioned, she did BETTER! Working with Susan was truly a pleasure. I was not the girl who had her entire wedding planned prior to becoming engaged, so all of the decisions and details were quite foreign to me. Susan was so very kind, helpful, patient, resourceful, and made my experience truly fun! I absolutely love the invitations that Susan designed for me. She was extremely flexible and creative in achieving my vision. I liked one of her existing designs, but didn't want front and back printing, so she designed a custom invitation suite based on the design I liked. She always responded VERY quickly and put up with many flip-flop decisions from me. You can go as elaborate or as simple as you want. I also plan on getting my thank you notes from her, and she does table numbers, escort cards, programs and menus as well. I couldn't be happier and at the end of the day I have a unique invitation design that I love. Working with Just Ink On Paper was easily one of the most stress free aspects of planning my wedding. I was an out of town bride so planning remotely was challenging at times, except when working with Susan. Susan kept me, my mom and fiance all on task whether it was invitations, place cards, reception signage or any other last minute item we needed. She responded to my emails instantly and was so helpful no matter what the request. I would absolutely recommend Susan to anyone looking for creative, beautiful stationary to set the tone of the wedding. I have nothing but great things to say about Just Ink on Paper - Susan was so nice and she absolutely killed all of our stationary needs. She did our invitations, save the date cards, thank you cards, and reception table cards and a seating chart. She listened to our ideas and was able to make all of them happen. We were a little nontraditional for the reception and had some Halloween touches and they were a hit! She also helped me through a HUGE accident I had with my invitations and was completely calming and great about the whole thing. Susan does beautiful beautiful work.

Susan is the BEST! Between a short questionnaire and a few minutes discussion, Susan really understood exactly what we were looking for in our invitations and was able to help us craft beautiful invitations that portrayed our venue and style. She is extremely professional and I was so impressed with how on top of her email she was - any question, comment, or concern I had was always answered within a few hours (even minutes!). I was also impressed that after our first meeting we had a game plan for Susan to create some invitation proofs for us and she said she would have something to us 'in about a week' - well, only two days later Susan delivered our proofs! From there, the process was seamless - we were able to finalize everything through email, and the turn around time to have the invitations printed was so reasonable!! We actually just picked up our invitations about a week ago and I couldn't be happier with the turnout! I honestly never thought I would get this excited about invitations, but that's how good they are :). Lastly, if you are interested in having your invitations sealed with wax seals, she has a little secret to the perfect seals so check her out!!

Susan is a responsive and talented professional. She is also a genuinely kind person who cares deeply about her work and clients. Susan helped us think about different ways to incorporate our "Charm City Love" theme and she was willing to experiment with us until we found just the right design. I never felt pressured to purchase more than we needed. Of the items we did purchase, they became my favorite wedding details. Susan was patient with us as we worked through proofs and she never complained about our last minute changes to addresses and escort cards. I was super impressed with her turn around on proofs and her responsive communication by email and phone. She was also flexible for pick-ups - which was important considering my busy schedule. More than just "the designer," Susan became a trusted collaborator throughout our wedding process. I am so thankful to have worked with her. I highly recommend "Just Ink on Paper."

I had such a great time working with Susan to design our invitations and all of our other stationary needs. Her attention to detail and quality were appreciated and the beautiful invitations in the Fitzgerald style with the custom historic Baltimore Map envelope liner made a great impression and set the perfect tone for our wedding at the Belvedere. Susan even helped us with designing and printing matching wrapping paper and personalized stickers so we could hand wrap our favors - 2-packs of Berger cookies.

I couldn't agree more with the many positive comments already posted. Prior to wedding planning ,my son, who has attended many weddings in the last 3 years, smilingly said that 95% of a wedding planning was the venue( food/beverage), music, photographer and everything else was in the 5%. He has now been informed the paper category has been moved to the 95% portion. One meeting with Susan and you will know why. Invitations are the first step in conveying the spirit of your wedding. The quality of stationary is top of the line, and she works within your budget. Add to that dedication, professionalism, calmness and sense of humor one has the perfect combination in a wedding vendor. Whether the task was big - invitations, small - signs for favors, or last minute place card changes, it was accomplished with the utmost grace. Simply said, the care and concern she takes with every detail are the same as if this Wedding were her own daughters.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Susan & Just Ink on Paper! I consider Just Ink on Paper to be one of my BEST finds throughout my entire wedding planning process - which is saying a lot considering how many vendors I worked with to make my day happen! I am so grateful!
From the very start Susan was sweet, personable, kind, easy to talk to, passionate, and most importantly, incredibly talented! Although Just Ink on Paper is based in Baltimore, Susan met me in Philadelphia, closer to my house, in order to have our first consultation! As soon as I met her & saw her designs, I was hooked! Susan designed and created exactly what I had envisioned for our invitations. They fit my overall theme and vision, but they were also extremely unique and a perfect reflection of "us". I was SO in love with them! I can't even begin to list all of the compliments we got on our invitation suite. I knew right away that I would be using Susan for more then just that! Susan also created our wedding programs & welcome bag tag - which were both EXACTLY what I had envisioned!
I think what I enjoyed most about the entire process was how easy it was to work with Susan. Her and I were ALWAYS on the same page, which can be difficult when working exclusively through emails! In addition to that, she was extremely responsive and quick to get back to my emails. Any bride knows how huge this is when trying to plan a wedding and get things done. I never waited more than 24 hours to get a response from Susan and that was just another amazing aspect of working with her!
I can't reiterate it enough – Susan is the best! I would recommend her a million times over, and have already started! Thank you, Susan, for being a part of my wedding and I truly feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with you - it most definitely will not be that last time!

Susan McArdle of Just Ink on Paper handled our Wedding Invitations and our day-of paper products for our wedding in DC. She was one of the best vendors we chose. Just Ink on Paper has a wide variety of options for invitations and Susan was able to find us DC-themed invitations that perfectly fit into our theme...simple and classy. Susan was not only responsive, she honestly has some of the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. She would respond to emails sometimes within a few minutes, even if it was late at night. You can tell she has an amazing work ethic which is hard to find anymore. She was able produce all of our day-of paper products for our wedding within only a few days and they turned out great and included a seating chart, menu and name cards (menu wrappers) and table numbers. All of her ideas went great with our wedding theme and if we needed something changed (color or style) she was really patient while working with us. Overall, Susan and Just Ink on Paper is a delight to work with and I couldn't recommend her enough!

We had the pleasure of working with Susan McArdle to create the wedding invitations, seating chart and ceremony program for our daughter's wedding. Susan was a delight to work with, always professional and open to ideas. We communicated quite a bit online through emails and viewing proofs each step of the way.
Our daughter had seen the type of invitation from another site, yet it was not quite what she wanted. We brought it to Susan with our colors and a particular tone of glitter paper. We selected a pale pink accent paper and a mirror (silver) paper to create the layered look, using black lettering with a touch of matted silver foil for the bride and groom's names. The result was stunning! It had the elegance and flare that our daughter wanted. Since we were mixing silver and gold the glitter paper had that mix and we waited for the supplier's shipment, and were we glad we did. Susan was able to pull it all together and get us the invitations within the time frame we requested. We were so pleased and received numerous comments from friends and family, even the men commented!
Every tweak and change in the proofs were accepted kindly by Susan. She always had patience with us to work on every detail, double checking to make sure it was just right.
Susan created the ceremony programs and seating chart using the same fonts to give us the same elegant look throughout all of our wedding items.
It was a great experience working with Susan. We were so glad we found you right here in Baltimore. I felt so much more comfortable working with someone that I could also meet with face to face. Susan, thank you for making our daughter's wedding invitations so stunning. We were completely thrilled with everything. Thank you!

When I met with Susan for the first time to discuss my wedding invitations, I had absolutely no idea what I wanted my them to look like. I was clueless! Susan sat down with me and went through everything step-by-step and gave me great options to choose from that she recommended. She understood me so well and figured out exactly what I wanted. My husband and I got married in Key West and the invitations she made fit the destination PERFECTLY. My guests loved the invitations also and said they were the best they have ever seen. In addition to the amazing invitations she made, she also made us the guest seating chart, ceremony programs, reception dinner menu cards and the tags for our welcome bags...she does it all and every last thing she made for us turned out perfect!

Like a lot of reviews had said, she was always so quick to respond to my e-mails and she just made everything such a breeze from start to finish. I can honestly say of all the things I had to go through with the wedding planning process, having her create my invitations was the easiest thing on that list because of how great she is at her job. Go with Just Ink on Paper, you will not be disappointed!!

I received a reference to Just Ink on Paper from a co-worker, whose invites were beautiful. By the end of the first meeting with my parents, she had nailed down exactly what I was aiming for with our invitations. She took the time to really understand my colors/theme of wedding and did not try to up-sell in any way. Susan was extremely timely and within a few hours of signing the agreement, she had already sent me the first proof and did not wince with the numerous edits along the way. She was able to give some great advice along the way and ensure that the invites, programs, and place cards were cohesive and tied together with our décor.
Once we had everything finalized, I picked up the printed invites a few weeks later, packaged in the cutest way (with branded crab mallets and bakers twine)! I would highly recommend Just Ink on Paper to anyone who wants wedding stationary with exceptional class and style.

I don't think I can say enough good things about working with Susan! She was SO amazing!! I clicked with Susan from our very first meeting - she had so many great suggestions for our Save the Dates and our wedding invitations and she was so easy to talk to and work with. Susan is an extremely hard worker who loves what she does - it is really apparent in everything she designs. She was so flexible and patient with me and so responsive when I would send her emails at all hours of the night. I loved all of her recommendations and we got so many compliments on both our Save the Dates and our invitations. Our wedding invitations were simple and classic - exactly what I was looking for. I have them both framed and they are hanging on the wall in my living room now! Susan also helped me with my thank you cards after the wedding, as well as signs that we had at our reception. After having interviewed several other invitation/stationary companies and getting sticker shock, I was referred to Just Ink on Paper by a friend. I emailed Susan and we set up a meeting. I hired her on the spot! She was able to work within my budget and together we designed a truely unique and BEAUTIFUL wedding invitation, which everyone loved! Susan also created my "save-the-date" cards, wedding programs, and thank-you cards. She was so easy to work with. Mostly, we corresponded through email, which worked out great for me. Her studio space is so cute and inviting. I was very pleased with the service I received from Susan. By the end, she really felt more like a friend then a vendor. Susan is definitely an advocate for her clients and will do everything she can to make sure your products are perfect. When our "save-the-dates" came back from the printers, the cutting was slightly off. Susan made the printer re-do them all, at no extra cost to me. And she did all this without even mentioning it to me (until after the fact), which I also loved! I didn't have to report the problem to her, she just handled it. I highly recommend Susan and JIOP to any brides looking for stress-free planning! She is wonderful!!

After an on-line, do-it-ourselves DISASTER attempt at making our own invitations, we scrambled to find some local vendors to do our wedding invitations. After meeting Susan, we knew we wanted to work with her. She is just lovely and it was obvious that she just loves what she does. The care and attention she puts into her work, in creating YOUR perfect invitations, is impressive.

With her guidance and suggestions, we designed the most perfect and special invitations with little touches that reflected me and my fiancee (map of Baltimore envelope inlay, stamp of a boxer on our red reply envelopes). We got many, many compliments on them!

Susan was the ultimate professional. We were under a time crunch with our wedding invitations and with our second order of menus/seating chart. Countless times I was astounded by, literally, a two minute turnaround for her reply to my request for changes on the proofs. She is on top of her game and just so impressive! As someone who does not typically write reviews, I am doing this one because I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Susan and Just Ink on Paper. I did not have a lot of free time to focus on details like designing invitations. I met with Susan once in the beginning, and she literally did everything for me from there. She is incredibly responsive over email (an absolute MUST for me and my schedule), super patient and willing to make as many revisions as necessary, and will not settle for anything less than your 100% satisfaction. The end result is a beautiful, high quality, unique product. She did my invitations and I loved them so much, I had her design my ceremony programs and reception items. She truly went above and beyond, adding extra details at the end that put things over the top. I would recommend her to anyone- you will not regret it!

Susan was wonderful to work with - and all done long distance as we live in Ontario, Canada. I am a very indecisive person and Susan didn't make this any easier for me with all of the wonderful options she presented us. I had a vision and Susan really made it come to life. She was so creative, intuitive, patient and professional. She helped me through my indecisiveness and I was truly in love with our invitations, hotel welcome packet, programs, menu, seating chart, reception signs and all of her designs for our wedding (sorry if I'm forgetting anything!)

Susan created invitations, wedding ceremony programs, a large menu and thank you cards that were all beautifully crafted and stunning!! Susan was a joy to work with and the pieces she created for our wedding took our wedding and vision to a different level. I would absolutely work with Susan again, and plan to in the future for other events! Amazing vendor!!!!
