Dan is the best! He is so helpful every step of the way! All our guests were up and dancing the whole night! We also rented our photo booth from Just for the Record and they were awesome! THANK YOU Dan and Johnny for helping make our wedding the best day ever! Xoxo

We chose Just for the Record through our package with Mansion at West Sayville and we could not have picked a better DJ ourselves! Upon meeting with Dan, you can immediately tell why the Lessings keep this company within their package network!! Dan was very helpful throughout our booking process and in the weeks before our wedding to plan the music. Dan’s confidence put me at ease and my husband really liked the smaller business feel. We never felt like we were one of 10 weddings they were juggling that weekend. Dan was our MC and then we had our DJ and we rented a photo booth through JFTR. Dan seamlessly kept the night moving with tons of energy, got guests involved even when at their tables and the dance floor was never empty. The photo booth was awesome so definitely go with it if you’re on the fence! Amazing group of people!! Definitely recommend!!

We used Just for the Record at our wedding 5/18/2018. We can't say enough good things about them. They listened to our requests and concerns. They brought great fun and energy to our reception. Afterward many of our guests complimented us on the DJ we used. The extra lighting and the zap shots are a great addition to the whole experience. we definitely will use them again!

A million thank yous to Elliott and the crew at Just For the Record. Elliott made the whole planning process stress free and enjoyable, and made our wedding truly perfect. He followed my "must play" and "do not play" lists to a "T", and his personality was such a great presence.

Amazing DJ and MC! We had the best time at our wedding dancing to the tunes of Just For The Record! Elliot planned everything out and the MC was phenomenal! Love love love!!

Elliot and Paul were both wonderful to work with. All of our guests, old and young, loved the music selection. The dance floor was packed the whole night. Elliot even gave us CDs of all the special songs we selected at the end of the event. I would definitely recommend Just for the Record!

Just for the Record was great at listening to all of our requests and creating a party like atmosphere for our wedding. We sent them a song list prior to the day and they really did their best to incorporate our favorites throughout the night. Dan is such a genuinely nice person and really wants his clients to be happy with the service he's providing. Many of our guests made requests to the DJ and although I'm sure this is annoying, he accommodated all of them. We had a great mix of old and new songs, across all varieties. I never felt like there was "too much" of a certain genre, which was great because there was something for everyone. Thanks, Dan!

Three little words - Elliot and Danny :)
Elliot was our DJ and Danny our MC for our 12/1/16 wedding at Brentwood Country Club. I can honestly say I don't think our reception would have been as great as it was if it wasn't for Elliot's DJ skills and timing, and Danny's personality and overall character....guests are still talking about our reception and always bring up Danny and how fun he was. They made our wedding a party and not just a wedding. From the beginning planning to the day of, the process was painless, easy and enjoyable. Elliot helped us work through our music selections and made the meetings fun - he's a riot!
