My husband and I were admittedly hesitant at first about hiring a videographer for our day. Me personally being a photographer, I thought photos would suffice and we wouldn't necessarily 'need' video too. Boy was I SO wrong! My brother and sister in law used Arturo for their recent wedding and recommended him to us, and I was immediately blown away at how responsive, professional and creative Arturo was off the bat. He completely understood my vision and initial inspiration, and our wedding film reflected everything I had dreamt of and then some. The attention to detail, artistic vision, storytelling-component and genuine raw emotion he captured and evoked through his film truly shared the essence and sincerity of our day and who we are. Arturo was so great to work with on the day of. Even though we'd never been filmed professionally before, he didn't feel intrusive at all. He was creative and detail-oriented, like mic'ing us up during the ceremony so he captured our vows perfectly. He also created an Instagram reel since I wanted one, and curated special videos of our first dance and family dance which I really appreciated.

My husband and I got married in Monterey, CA in May 2024 and we chose Junior Films as our videographer for our wedding. We could not be happier with our decision to work with Arturo on our wedding day!

Like many couples, we initially thought we didn't need a videographer because we hired a photographer. However, after further discussion, we decided to explore adding a videographer to our special day. After meeting with Arturo from Junior Films and seeing his work, we knew that we wanted to hire him to film our wedding. This decision was truly one of the best decisions that we made during our wedding planning process! I lost track of how many times I said throughout the weekend - “I am so happy we decided to hire Art as our videographer because now we have this on film!”

In our meetings leading up to the wedding, Arturo made sure he knew exactly what we wanted to capture and who we wanted to film the most on our big day.He is very dedicated to his work and will go the extra mile to get the necessary footage to best document the magic of the weekend events. He also worked closely with the DJ, photographer, venue coordinator & wedding planner to put our vision to video.

On the wedding day, I was very impressed by his attention to detail while filming these once in a lifetime moments. Our wedding truly went by so fast - and even though we tried to be as present as possible - we couldn’t be everywhere at once - so we still missed major moments amongst our guests that happened on our big day. Luckily these moments were caught on film! Plus, as we were actively living through all of the raw emotions in real time on our wedding day - it is reassuring and invaluable to know that we have all of those raw emotions, reactions, and voices of loved ones beautifully captured on film thanks to Junior Films! We look forward to rewatching this footage for years to come!

Our wedding was 12/10/2022 at the Carmel Mission Basilica before family and friends and most importantly, before God.

Each of the groups involved in our wedding were above and beyond more than we could have expected, Arturo Jimenez of Junior Films was not only “Above and Beyond”, but so much more than we had any right to expect.

Our initial meeting was simple and very conversational…feeling out who we both are and what we both wanted over an online video chat. Obviously, both of us (the wedding couple) wanted something simple for us but beautiful and romantic for the wedding.

Arturo and his awesome second videographer Carlos delivered without hesitation or issue. We know that there are wedding videographers in abundance but Arturo stood out in our interview process and the actual wedding! He was amazing and our wedding went off with zero problems or issues, despite a veritable waterfall after the ceremony and into the reception. He did what he could with the limited video areas, which we were able to redo a few weeks after at Fairview Laguna Seca in an area at the site that was visually amazing!

Arturo was spot on for each and every issue coming up with alternatives to the issues we faced. Every moment and every bit of happiness he captured for us to look at then smile and remember our wedding day to the point we weep happy tears all over again, all to the point that we could not have EVER envisioned another person with us on this day. The videos we have on the devices he sent to us are fantastic and we love them!

The work that Arturo and Carlos did, made it so our wedding day was captured so beautifully we are simply amazed!
