Let me start by saying, I LOVE JULIE!! We found Julie through our wedding planner (shoutout Ashley at Boutique Planning) and instantly loved the style of her wedding photos - they looked like vogue-worthy shots but the couples also looked effortless and natural. We ended up having our engagement shots done by Julie in NYC and they turned out perfect, I couldn’t choose just one for our save the dates (I picked 3). Then on the wedding day, she was an absolute rockstar managing our 20+ immediate family members (including 5 kids under 5), our schedule going from the church to the reception (she even drove us in her car!), and a very long day starting at 11am going until 10pm. She captured photos in a way that felt so organic that my husband didn’t even complain about how many pictures we had been taking ;) When she delivered the photos to us, my jaw was on the floor for an hour looking through every single one. When I say they were perfect, I couldn’t even choose a ‘Top 100’ photos because I was obsessed with them all. My entire family and all my friends said they were the best wedding photos they had ever seen in terms of the quality, the diversity (different poses/locations/times of day) and just how beautifully they captured the essence and love on the day of our wedding. I now consider Julie a lifelong friend, and now that I’m pregnant, I already asked her to shoot our family portraits next year when we’re in Charleston! Thank you so much Julie, we love you!

Julie is an absolute dream to work with and I will recommend her again and again. My fiance and I first worked with Julie two years ago, on a destination engagement shoot in Charleston, SC.
