Working with Journeys by Jacque was nothing short of incredible! We had heard many great things about Punta Cana, DR and decided to go there for our honeymoon. We contacted Jacque because she specializes in the Caribbean and Mexico as well. We informed her we wanted to stay at the Excellence Punta Cana, because of the fact it is all-inclusive and adults only. Jacque was very understanding of our wishes and offered us the best options for our budget. She was prompt in responding whenever we had any questions arise and made sure our questions/concerns were addressed thoroughly. At one point we thought we might have to move our trip back a week and she put in the time to lay out our options and inform us of what the fees/price changes would be so we could make an informed decision. Planning a wedding and honeymoon is very hectic and stressful and Journeys by Jacque gave us a peace of mind knowing our trip was in the best of hands!
