Located in Three Oaks, Michigan, Journeyman Distillery is a rustic wedding venue. With its exposed wood interior and generously sized windows, your guests can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and views. This remodeled factory is located in the heart of Michigan's Harbor Country and is a short drive from various urban centers. It was lovingly renovated in 2010 by Johanna and Bill Welter and is fitted with modern conveniences alongside historic charm.
Facilities and Capacity
Journeyman Distillery's event spaces can accommodate anywhere from 25 to 300 of your closest family and friends. With indoor and uncovered outdoor options, couples are sure to find the right venue for their dream day. They can begin the day by preparing in an on-site get-ready room, helping them to spend time with their party in a private setting. The largest event space, Warren Hall, is an 8,000 square foot room with a capacity of 350 guests for cocktail receptions. It also welcomes ceremonies with 300 seated attendees. Reclaimed wooden floors and exposed beams lend a rustic feel, while the tall windows bathe the setting in natural light. This hall is also well-suited for receptions, thanks to the bar. A catering kitchen also shares the floor. More intimate gatherings can be held in The Grainery, which has a seating capacity of 150. It overlooks the distillery and features a copper-topped bar. A second intimate space is found in The Still Room, which boasts private access to a patio. Here, a cocktail reception of 100 guests can be held.
Services Offered
Journeyman Distillery is a full-service wedding venue with on-site catering, and an on-site catering kitchen. Our room rental fee includes wood harvest tables that seat 8-10 guests, metal distillers chairs, linen napkin (choice of color), and all tableware and barware. Couples can choose from a selection of serving styles to best suit the tone of their wedding, including buffet and plated options. The packages include a sophisticated cocktail reception. Set up and clean up is offered by the venue's team, to give couples more time to fully enjoy the day. Outside wedding businesses are welcome to work with couples holding their wedding at this distillery.
