About
My approach:
It's entirely documentary, aside from group photos of course. My couples have always trusted me to capture the truest versions of themselves. The moments that I capture are moments that YOU will create entirely on your own as the day unfolds. Nothing is forced or contrived. More than anything, I'm just there as a bystander and as a friend.
Like any great photo, when you look at one of your images, you’ll be brought back to that moment and you’ll remember exactly what you were feeling. As life happens, revisiting these moments will rekindle those feelings and make you rediscover the value of your relationship.
I promise never to tell you when to laugh, where to look or how to react. That is not the memory you want when you look at your images. During our time together, focus less on me and the camera and draw your attention on all the things you love about your partner.
Think about the things that bring you both closer. What amazing memories do you both have? What does your partner do to make you laugh? What exciting adventures await on the horizon? Focus on these things and I promise you will absolutely love the experience and the results. Always know that I will step in if something doesn't look right.

Team
My work as a photographer began back in 2008 as a sports photography intern at Getty Images. As a freelancer I covered baseball, football, basketball, rowing, tennis and motorsport.
My experience at Getty sharpened my eye for composition, light and timing. The technical challenges were amazing, but as time passed, the nature of the work became impersonal and systematic. Another touchdown, another home run, another victory lane… I was just one of a gang of photographers trying to capture the same moment. I felt like my life’s work was becoming a commodity. I growingly became frustrated and disillusioned with my professional journey.
Something had to change.
Then it hit me. How can I be truly passionate about my work when I don’t have any personal connection whatsoever with the people that I'm covering? As a sports photographer, I was always at arms length from my subjects – leaving me without the ability to truly relate to what they were feeling.
At that moment I knew I wanted to work one-on-one with my subjects. There is something so gratifying about capturing two people madly in love, handing them the images images and then hearing how their experience brought them even closer in their relationship. This is the joy that wedding photography brings me and it is why I have chosen to dedicate my life to this work.
It would be an honor to hear from you!
