John was great to work with for our engagement pictures! He was very responsive, and was flexible in scheduling our photo session. We spoke beforehand so that we would know what to expect and how to prepare. He gave good suggestions for locations, and he knew which spots to photograph at these locations which allowed him to work very efficiently. He made sure we were comfortable and having fun which resulted in a very natural and relaxed feel in all of our photographs. He gave us some direction, but allowed our natural behavior to come through in the pictures which we really appreciated. The photos turned out beautifully!

With a destination wedding, we decided to use John for our engagement photos here in DC and boy are we glad we did! John was very flexible, especially when our initial outdoor shoot date was rained out.
