I have a large bridal party, but still wanted to get everyone together to try on dresses. They had 3 attendants, dressing rooms and a large mirrored area with chairs ready for us. They help each girl find something that fits their style and budget! The girls still talk about how amazing their experience was.

Because I was an older, second time bride, I was not looking for a traditional wedding gown. After visiting several other stores, I found the perfect dress at Joeval's. My daughter also found her Maid of Honor dress there. They do have a very wide selection of dresses and gowns. My complaint about them is that using their guidelines for ordering, they ordered a dress of myself that was way too big on me and had to undergo very expensive alterations. Also, I purchased a fancy comb for my hair that was never used and I was unable to return it to them even though I had the original receipt.

Buyers Beware! My daughter purchased a prom dress from here and upon wearing it and sitting down a manufacturing flaw was found. The band was not fully attached therefore the dress split and the tulle became visible. The flaw was obviously caused during manufacturing because you can see that there are no stitch marks and the band had never been fully attached to the dress. I was appalled at the behavior and rudeness of the owner Cathy when an obvious manufacturer flaw was brought to her attention. Cathy attempted to blame my daughter, myself and even the poor seamstress who NEVER touched the area with the flaw! She was the most CONDESCENDING owner I have ever come in to contact with. Her rudeness was absolutely appalling and her screaming at me over the phone was witnessed by friends and family that happen to be at the table with me. Originally I spoke with her manager Jordyn who could not have been sweeter. She was extremely apologetic and wanted to make the matter right. Cathy spoke to me as if I was a child and even tried to hang up when I was explaining the situation. I intended to keep this a private matter but Cathy told me to go ahead and put it on social media because she has no intention in making it right! I am embarrassed for her and can only imagine how the poor people who work for her are treated if this is how she treats a paying customer! If you want an honest business with wonderful customer service this is not the place for you. If you wanted to be treated rudely bu a condescending owner then check this place out 😉 Pictures of the flaw have been attached. Just imagine going to your first prom and having this happen as you exit the vehicle after a 5 min ride! Oh and she tried say she stepped on the train which we had removed so the dress was not on the ground nor could it have been stepped on- but Cathy was determined to blame it on anyone as long as she did not have to be responsible! Just so disappointing when we try to shop local 😣
