On my wedding day Joanna did my makeup and all of my bridesmaids and I loved it! All my girls looked gorgeous and the makeup held the entire day and night!!

Joanna has been doing my hair for the past 10 years or so. She has done many down-do's as well as up-do's including my wedding day. She was prompt, organized, and flexible. Both my hair and make-up were flawless. I got a lot of compliments from my friends and family. Joanna and I talked the timeline as well as the style I wanted. I value her suggestions and opinions. My make-up was very natural and my up-do was beautiful. Even after crying, my make-up stayed in tact and with this Chicago weather, my hair also stayed in place. She's the best make-up and hair stylist I have ever worked with. I will definitely use her again in the future and I know my bridesmaids/friends/family will too.

I loved Joanna! I had two different type of extensions in my hair, and I was afraid that everyone would notice. The way she did my hair was gorgeous, and you couldn't even tell I had extensions. I loved my hair, but I really loved my makeup. I don't wear makeup much, so I wanted something a little dramatic in the eye, but pretty natural. I didn't want to look like I had a bunch of makeup on. That can be hard for my skin tone with all the blemish marks I have. It didn't help that I was breaking out from all the stress too. She did a beyond amazing job!! My makeup looked liked me but prettier! She hid all the scars on my face so well, and I loved how my eyes and fake eyelashes turned out. After a few minutes, I completely forgot I had them on. She was very professional, even though I was a few minutes late, and actually helped me relax a bit from my butterflies. I would hire her again for my wedding in a heartbeat!!

I was looking for a hair / make-up stylist who had an experience and whose style was similar to mine. I had already an idea in my mind how I would like to see my hair on my most important wedding day. I described in detail to Joanna what exactly I like and what I prefer... If you'd like an interesting and creative hair style with distinct details which will stand out and make your day remarkable, Joanna is the type of artist I would definitely recommend. She is also very friendly and easy going - the time you spend with her during rehearsal and the day itself will pass by very fast... I enjoyed working with her, and my husband along with all the guests kept repeating how beautiful I was on my special day!

Joanna made my mom look so young and beautiful for my wedding, She also did make up and hair styles for my made of honor and one of the bridesmaids, they looked stunning! My mom didn't know what exactly she wanted, so Joanna just figured it out herself, and my mom's hair style and make up looked so great, and stayed that way for the whole day and night.

Joanna is a very professional and talented Hair Stylist. She put me at ease the morning of my wedding and created a look that made me feel gorgeous. She was very flexible and was willing to get to my house at 7am to start. She was also able to handle the pressure of creating not only my hair style, but of my bridal party. Thanks Joanna! Joanna did a beautiful job on my hair, from coloring, cutting, and styling....
My hair stayed in place for the whole event, which included lots of dancing, until I took it down before going to sleep... My son will be getting married in August, Joanna will be doing my hair again....

Joanna is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend her to any bride to be. You can fully rely on her to make you feel and look amazing on your special day. Although I was accompanied by my mom, I was very nervous that day but Joanna’s professionalism and friendliness made me feel relaxed. She did my make-up and hair, as well as my mother’s and we both felt fantastic while she was working on us patiently listening to what we wanted and giving us good advice. Words cannot describe how thankful I was to have found Joanna. I was frustrated with several other hair and make up artist I had tried for my wedding but when I did my trial with her I was amazed. She really understood my features and what look I was going for; she really listens. Besides her talent, she is extremely friendly and talkative. She is so warm and loves her job.
