Jennifer throughout the planning process was easy to work with, if a bit slow to respond to emails. The day of the wedding though, she was late arriving and took time out of the day to deal with a car issue, which would be fine if she had made up the time at the end of the evening. We paid for 10 hours and (12pm -10pm)... she left right at 10. We have lots of lovely posed pictures of the bridal party, but most of our large group pictures have peoples heads blocked or eyes closed (or both), which again would have been underestandable if she has tried to reposition or direct people at all. She did nothing to direct people through the day... that was left to me, the bride. Many moments were missed (many candid moments from both sides getting ready, my dad handing me off to my husband, the musicians at the ceremony) and there are NO pictures of our guest! AND, for 10 hours of photography we only received 300 pictures back.... and they were late. I have emailed since to see if she has any other unedited pictures from the moments we are looking for. It has been 3 weeks since she said she would look and there has been no reply. We do have some nice pictures.... but every time I look at them I get angry and frustrated, which is a terrible way to feel about your wedding pictures.
