Jillian was such a delight to work with. She really took the time to listen and understand the look I was going for, not only for the wedding, but for our engagement photos as well. She’s so flexible and sweet. We even ended up tweaking my look between the trail and the wedding and I could not believe how absolutely perfect it was! She was amazing to work with and I would 100% recommend using her!

Jillian did such an amazing job for my wedding!! I first met her for my engagement session and I loved her style, and then my bridal trial and wedding day styles were even better! I felt like an enhanced version of my normal self, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I’m bad at communicating what style/look I’m going for, but Jillian was able to figure out exactly what I was looking for and made me feel so beautiful!! On the morning of the wedding, she and her assistant arrived right on time and were all set up by the time we even got to the bridal suite. My bridesmaids and mom all looked gorgeous and loved their makeup too. Seriously can’t say enough great things about her, I’m so happy with how everything turned out!!

I was really going back and forth if I wanted a makeup artist for my wedding. Jillian Maria ended up doing a wonderful job and I am so glad I found her! She is very responsive to what you are looking for uses just the right amount of makeup so that you look elegant and classy, but still like yourself; not too done-up. She was very kind and easy to work with and her prices were very fair. I loved her fake eyelashes she provided. They looked very natural. Highly recommend!

Jillian was VERY difficult to communicate with throughout the planning process. I suggested approximately five different dates for our trial run and she turned down every single one. On top of that, she wouldn't email me back for weeks. On one occasion it took so long that I had to reach out a second time to finally receive a response back, and by that point it was already passed the date I had suggested in the first place.

Ultimately, we ended up doing my makeup trial on a date that worked best for her, a Tuesday night at 5pm. It was a huge bummer considering I didn't get the chance to see how the makeup would hold up throughout the day.

Don't get me wrong, Jillian was very sweet during my makeup trial. She even told me that if there was anything I would like to change for the big day to just shoot her a message.

I ended up messaging her regarding my changes: my eyeshadow and false eyelashes. The eyeshadow inspiration I showed her happened to be a screenshot of a bride she worked on in the past. It was a translucent gold and shimmery look. My eyeshadow turned out orange and was paired with a plum lip. Not exactly what I had in mind for the big day.

Of course, she never responded to my message for weeks. At that point I was beyond frustrated with the communication and took it upon my self to find a new artist last minute before the wedding. As soon as I booked a new artist I reached out to her to let her know.
