during our engagement session we immediatly knew we loved jesse. Who doesnt feel awkward during an engagement session? ( if u say u didnt your lying) He made us feel so comfortable. He knew how to pose us and capture us naturally. Our proof our in our photos. They came out beautiful! I can say the same for our wedding, he took his time listened to what photos were important to us. We just recieved our wedding photos and couldnt be happier. He is beyond professional and knows how to gage what a couple wants out of their big day and big moments! Thanks jesse for being so easy to work with and of course sharing your talent with us! Jesse was a dream to work with. He listened to our specific needs, helped us decide on a package that worked within our budget, and provided amazing photographs. He prides himself on being a "ninja", swooping to take the perfect picture and them vanishing into the crowd, and he certainly did just that. He took unbelievable photos without crowding us or getting in way of guests having a good time. I would recommend him to anyone who wants fantastic photos at a fantastic price from a fantastic photographer!

Jessie is a pleasure to work with, and an incredible photographer. We requested photos at three different venues, and he was happy to oblige. My husband and I had an engagement photo session with Jesse about two months prior to our wedding. He knew what I had in mind for the aesthetic of the wedding and seemed to keep that in mind when choosing sites for our engagement photos. We were very happy with the time he spent with us and the quality of the finished product. It's easy to feel comfortable with Jesse, he maintains a high level of professionalism without being uptight or unrelatable.

For our wedding we chose to hire Jesse for both photography and photo lounge service. It was a good process from start to finish. Leading up to the big day we had an open line of communication for any questions or ideas either of us had. That helped ease my mind, I could tell that he was someone I could trust with such a big part of our wedding. He and his team got a lot of great shots without being intrusive during all parts of the day: getting ready, ceremony, and reception. His ideas for the formal shots were creative and nothing felt too posed or uncomfortable. It was clear he had done his research at the venue and had established a relationship with the on site event coordinator. The photo lounge was one of my favorite parts of the night! It was a lot of fun at the time and we have a lot of photos of friends and family having a great time as a result. Our photos were delivered on a disc within the time frame as promised.

It was a pleasure having both Jesse and his assistant at our wedding. They were very courteous and professional, and many of our guests were impressed as well. Jesse did a great job getting the shots we discussed beforehand, and dealing with the fact that I did a horrific job organizing. There was not enough time for getting ready, or taking group shots, and the site coordinator kept telling him we needed to move, but he stayed relaxed and focused. There were a few photos where some better posing would have been desired, but I say that as advice to those planning to allow more time and have a better plan. He had great ideas for shots, and I wish I had him stay an extra hour or two!

Jesse was excellent to work with both personally and professionally. We didn't chose to have an engagement shoot, but didn't feel like we needed it; he felt like someone we would be friends with, it was easy to talk through everything and convey a sense of what we wanted.

Jesse has a knack for capturing moments and the people in those moments at their best. We were really impressed and touched with how many beautiful shots he got of our guests. There are very few posed or stagnant images in the lot --- he captured the energy and most importantly the movement of the evening perfectly.

Our wedding was somewhat atypical, and Jesse rose to the challenge beautifully. We had three components in three locations (the middle being a parade from ceremony to reception), and a fourth location for family photos, with no pause to regroup in between. Furthermore, the reception was held in a house with many rooms, and all of them were used at all times. Somehow Jesse managed to negotiate all these spaces effortlessly, and give the impression of being everywhere at all times. It never felt awkward having him around any moment at the wedding; he expertly blended in to the event and managed to get as many key shots as possible

We hired him for an extra hour beyond the package deal, and we're glad we did! Allowed us the flexibility to shoot family photos and enjoy mingling with guests in the park where our ceremony was held without rushing.

A rec: even if you talk through the flow of the wedding in advance, I would recommend having a shot list, no matter who you work with. It's good to make a few notes about people people or moments definitely want on camera. And the 4 on responsiveness is only because Jesse doesn't immediately respond to emails, which being a New Yorker, I expect. :0)

Jesse was wonderful on the day of the wedding. He was quick moving during the posed group shots which let us get that done quickly. But he still got some great shots from that time. We have had lots of compliments on the pictures from the wedding and he got wonderful shots of our guests during the celebrations, which is exactly what we asked for. The only thing to note is that he was sometimes difficult to get a hold of, even the day or so before the wedding. So if you are a bride that needs more easy contact with your photographer that might not work for you.
