If you are going for taste over appearance...which most bride's are not...Jen's cakes are THE BEST!! I had a surprise wedding and wanted sheet cake with a variety of flavors. I knew for a long time I wanted Jen's cakes. They do not make typical wedding cakes, but did their best to 'dress up' the cake for me. I added some special touches of my own so my cakes looked more like shower cakes than wedding cakes. But the taste...OMG...was out of this world! I could not have been happier. And the customer service there is top notch. You can even order the cakes 48 hours in advance.
