Jendayi is a wonderful jewelry company, especially for those who want something custom made that reflects your own culture, heritage, customs. Saleem and his wife and Nicole worked with us to get our dream rings. Unfortunately, both sets of rings looked a little different than what we expected. But when we took them back they made changes. In the end the rings weren't exactly what we wanted, but we were satisfied with them. The rings are truly one of a kind. While I think our rings weren't exactly what we wanted, we would go back to them for additional rings in the future. I think we would just make sure of some particular components are in writing and clearly agreed upon. I know the quality of what they can do is incredible. We highly recommend Jendayi Collection to anyone looking for a beautiful custom ring.

I bought a pendant for a friend from this establishment. However, when I called to try to return it, I was met with unprofessional, rude, and downright terrible customer service. I was asked why I wanted to return it and was told that it was not a valid reason. I'm sorry, but when does a customer need a valid reason for a return?? I told them that my friend did not like the size and they stated that I still couldn't return it. This is when I realized that this establishment tries to trick people and cheat them out of their money. I was within the allotted time period for returns (called them the day after I received it), but they tried to make a fuss when I wanted to return it. I didn't know that $125 meant so much to them that they were willing to lose a customer (or should I say customers because I will tell my friends and family to never order from this place) over such a small matter. Since when does a customer have to give an excuse to return something they bought? Why was the person accusatory towards me and refusing to let me return the item? Why is this business so unprofessional?
They then tried to say it was a made-to-order item, so I could not return it. But IT WAS NOT. Nowhere on the item description did it say it was made to order. She tried to say that since it wasn't in stock it was made-to-order, but honey, that is not how retail works. I am not stupid. This has been the most absurd experience I have ever had at a retail store. They tried to cheat me out of my money, but I would not let them, and they finally agreed to allow a return only after I threatened to tell all of my followers about this experience.
I would not ever recommend someone to order from this place. Maybe it is different online, but my experience has been the most unprofessional, accusatory, and unacceptable experience I have ever had with a retail company.
