James and Alicia are the best!! Neither of us are comfortable in front of the camera but they totally put you at ease and taking pictures feels way more natural. Talented, lovely people; you can't go wrong with them :)

Where do I even begin... James and Alicia are THE PEOPLE TO HIRE for your photography needs. They come as a package deal, and you wouldn’t want it any other way! They are the best tag team photographers, who really help to loosen you and your bridal squad up and make the day fun! And their pictures... I mean cmon. The natural light they make great use of really showcases the beauty of the day without an added filter. I received SO MANY COMPLIMENTS from friends and family, not only about the pictures themselves, but about them as people and how fun they were to hangout with for the day! BOOK THEM!! You won’t be disappointed!

Where to begin?! We absolutely loved working with James and Alicia and are so happy they were part of our big day. They are incredibly talented, professional, responsive, and organized. My husband and I were a little nervous for our engagement photos, but James was so friendly and immediately put us at ease. We were blown away with how they came out, and even included one of our favorites in our invitation suite. We were so excited to see how James and Alicia would capture our wedding day, and they did not disappoint! They provided us with a preview of our photos the day after our wedding and our complete album about six weeks after. We are so happy with how each and every picture came out. We cannot recommend James and Alicia more; you will not be disappointed!!

We were truly blessed to find Alicia and James! They are an exceptional photographic TEAM and outstanding people who were an important contribution to my daughter's wedding experience. From the moment we met James (who also covered our rehearsal dinner), we knew this would be the perfect fit. Our initial impressions were confirmed the following (wedding) day upon the arrival of Alicia. They are supremely organized, efficient, and flexible, and also enormously creative and talented. True professionals! They have a unique ability to connect with all people, making their subjects comfortable and happy. Our initial photos are AMAZING, and capture each person's full personality. Importantly, Alicia and James made being photograph FUN and we loved having them around! Our guests continue to comment on how impressed they were with our photographers, and even more so when they see our amazing photos. Wedding photographers are the vendor you spend the most time with on your wedding day, and James and Alicia were an absolute delight to hang out with for the day -- and they take amazing photos. Our wedding guests kept commenting on how present they were throughout the entire night. I'm pretty sure one of them was on the dance floor with our crazy family and friends capturing every silly moment until the lights came on. They are professional and listened to us; there were a few poses from the engagement shoot that felt awkward to us so they canned them for the wedding. They had our family portraits organized and done in 30 minutes. They worked almost non-stop for 11 hours with smiles on their faces. I would hire them again just to hang out! I highly recommend James and Alicia. You will love your photos and enjoy getting to know them.

James and Alicia were our favorite wedding vendors we hired for our special day. They were organized, efficient, and so easy to work with that we had multiple family members come up to us throughout the day commenting on how great it was to take the otherwise boring/monotonous family photos with them in charge. James also did an engagement shoot for us so he was able to understand our styles and preferences and the photos turned out magnificently. James and Alicia work so well with each other and with all of our family members for wedding portraits and then during the ceremony and reception, were so seamlessly integrated into the crowds we barely noticed they were taking pictures at all but they obviously captured some amazing photos. Multiple friends and wedding guests commented on how great our photographers were at integrating into the reception. We can't recommend James & Alicia highly enough! So great to work with and now we'll have incredible photographs forever documenting an amazing day.

Hiring Alicia and James (JAS Weddings) as our photographers for our special day was hands down one of the best decisions we made. So many of our family and friends were stunned by how beautiful and artistically James and Alicia captured our special moments. Each picture they took they made sure told a story. James and Alicia were such a pleasure to work with, and very professional. They spoke with us many times over the phone before our wedding day to make sure we understood the process and to answer any questions we had, and they also took a trip to meet with us in person at our venue a couple weeks before the big day. The day of they arrived early in the morning and stayed until the very end of the reception, and they especially made us feel comfortable even in the awkward moments they kept us laughing and having a good time. After the wedding a few of our family members commented on how hard James and Alicia worked to capture every moment, and one of our friends mentioned how special it was that they not only captured the bride and groom and the bridal party, but that they also captured candid pictures of almost every single guest. One of our favorite things about James and Alicia is that they are so great at capturing candid moments, and they are not afraid to try new things and to be silly and artistic, which results in photos that are stunning! James and Alicia are truly amazing wedding photographers, we would recommend them to anyone!

We could not have imagined having better photographers than James and Alicia! From the the moment we started chatting with them, we knew we made the right choice. They were funny, knowledgeable and laid back. When we mentioned we were both a little awkward and uncomfortable having our pictures taken? They recommended a little “get to know you shoot” which turned out to be some of the best photos we’ve ever had together! Also, we were on a budget and they worked with us to figure out how to make it work.

On our wedding day, they were perfect. They captured every single person there and caught every significant moment. So many guests came up to me and said “wow, your Photogrpahers are everywhere... they really know what they’re doing!” Not to mention that it just felt like having a couple of friends there taking your picture.

The pictures came back in just a few weeks and were better than we ever thought. Everyone-ourselves included- were completely blown away. I had a friend comment that if was by far and away the “most creative and romantic wedding photogrpahy” she’s ever seen.

My Fiancé & I hired JAS Weddings to shoot our engagement photos in Gloucester Massachusetts during Summer 2017. James was very professional, personable, and showed a sense creativity. He made my Fiancé & I feel comfortable and guided us to help provide us with the best experience. We received our photos sooner than expected and had a (Large) sample of our photos within a day of the shoot. We loved the sample and the rest of the photos were amazing. He edited the photos well and used a variety of filters. If our wedding was in New England, we would have definitely hired JAS to shoot the wedding. We had nothing shy of a fantastic experience!
