Jared shot both our covid wedding and our reception. We were so amazed with his photos. The quality and color was stunning. Jared did a great job with really having our personalities shine through the pictures. He really just let us be us and took amazing candids that showed our funny sides and loving sides. He also included the engagement shoot in his package and had no time limit on the day. Would recommend him to anyone who wants amazing photos. What we loved about him most was that his pictures didn't look like they all had one filter on them, each photo had unique colors and style.

Jared and his team were great! We had a very large bridal party and things ran so smooth. We were extremely happy with how the photos turned out! The pricing was really reasonable as well. Cannot recommend him enough!

I couldn't have dreamt of a better photographer. Jared's style is unlike any other. He has a way of capturing every special moment without knowing he's ever there. I am so in love with every single one of my wedding photos, just perfect all around. Do yourself a favor and book him ASAP!

Jared definitely has an innate ability to capture the perfect moment.

After almost 5 months I have still not received our wedding photos. Highly disappointed that I now have to go to court for the pictures I have a right to according to the contract we signed As with others, things started out okay, but then I saw the other reviews about Jared about 2 months before our wedding. I questioned him about it after he had not been in contact with us for months, and he got defensive. He did not hesitate to ask for our payment in the same breath. I regret not just breaking the contract because no amount of money is worth my tears and anguish over the situation. Instead, I gave the man a second chance I knew he didn't deserve. I requested he stay in contact at least weekly until the wedding, and for the most part he did keep that promise. Then comes the wedding, which is when the real trouble started. Our wedding was 5/25/2024, to which he showed up an hour late with pretty much no contact and did not acquire the photos I requested of my husband getting ready, later stating in a different interaction that “As you recall discussing, I don't do a ton of getting ready pics anyway.. please don't let the lack of your husband's friends putting on ties ruin your wedding”. He was then sporadic throughout the night, with no real direction or organization. My maid of honor was the one who wrangled my family and moved them along for family portraits. During the wedding, I had requested golden hour pictures but it rained during most of our reception. When the sun came out another guest had to tell Jared to come get us for golden hour pictures. I have been in intermittent contact with Jared since the wedding, asking for updates no more than once a week (unless unanswered, then no more than once a day). He is intermittently rude, dissmissive, and unprofessional, then in the next interaction he is joking and acting like he was not unprofessional in the last conversation with no remorse for his behavior. Our most recent exchange is as follows (the most previous interaction being 9/20/24 discussing the getting ready photos, the delivery of a partial gallery missing many family portraits that we knew he captured and the delivery of blurry photos during which I asked for an email address to send the photos that I compiled that need more editing): 9/22/2024 17:56 Me, Client (C ): Should I email the pictures for your review? If so, to which email? Last email I sent I got an undelivered response 9/24/2024 09:43 C: Which email should I send the pictures I need you to review to 9/30/2024 19:54 C: Did you ever finish the gallery? I still don’t see a lot of the family portraits 10/2/2024 14:32 C: Following up, yet again 18:21 Jared (J): I am working on your pics day and night. Do not message me again. C:I feel like I have a right as a client to receive timely communication regarding a service that I paid you for... Additionally I was trying to communicate the information you asked for... If you would prefer I limit it to a certain mode of communication, day of the week or time please feel free to let me know, but if I don't receive a response please know that I will be following up J: You’re blocked have a nice life Jared subsequently blocked me on instagram, facebook, and text message and deactivated our wedding photo site that had our partial gallery of edited photos on it, now stating “404 page not found”.

My husband and I got married in October 2023, and to this day, we have not received our wedding photos from Jared. Since mid-December 2023, he has not communicated with us at all. We've made numerous attempts to reach him by phone, email, and social media, but either we get no response or it seems like he has temporarily disconnected the platform or blocked us entirely.

What makes this situation even more heartbreaking is that we had a wonderful relationship with Jared leading up to and on our wedding day. He took the time to get to know us, shared his impressive portfolio, and the 20-photo sample album he initially provided was breathtaking. To experience such talent and then be completely ghosted is both baffling and devastating.

We trusted Jared with capturing one of the most beautiful, intimate, and anticipated moments of our lives, and we feel utterly betrayed. We paid in full prior to our wedding and have received nothing in return. To add insult to injury, he even deleted the sample photos from our album—thankfully, my husband had saved them earlier, so we have at least those few memories.

We feel scammed and conned, and we don't want anyone else to endure this on such a significant life event. The thought of our wedding now carries a dark cloud of Jared’s deceit. The disappointment extends beyond us to our elderly parents and wedding guests, who also have no photos from that day. This experience has tainted our memories, and we hope no one else has to suffer through this kind of heartache.

EDIT: Since writing this review, Jared has deleted all of our wedding and engagement photos so that we cannot access them in any way. I still have not received a response from him as to my attempts (prior to writing this review) to resolve these issues after two months.

I hate to write this review of Jared, because we initially had a decent experience with our engagement photos and liked the outcome, but I would not recommend him to any bride or groom. We made requests for color and not only black and white for our engagement photos which we still have not received over a year and a half later. We hired Jared to do our wedding and contracted for him to bring a second photographer. On our wedding day, there was no second photographer, which Jared still has not provided an explanation for. He was late by almost an hour the morning of and because there wasn't a second photographer to jump in and keep us on track, I have no photos of myself getting ready or my mom zipping me into my dress, my friends and I getting hair and makeup, etc. and I will never be able to get those moments back in photos. Jared was incommunicative when I asked for a timeline on our photos and finally got back to me after about three months with our album. In that album, about 1/3 of them were usable and no more than 100 were ones I would print due to being out of focus, obstructed, or heads and feet cropped. We received almost 600 photos of the dance floor and initially no photos of our families posed after the ceremony. I had to request he add these. When he did so, he took down the full album and gave us back an upload that had cut out several hundred that he had previously given us. There are maybe 3 photos of my husband and I where our faces are both showing and we're both in focus. Beyond that, Jared has not responded to any of my emails requesting a refund for the second photographer or compensation for the quality of services we received. I provided two stars for the work of his that we did love and parts of his style as a photographer. In all, the photos we loved were wonderful and we are thankful for his work on that, but the negative parts of our experience definitely overshadowed the rest.
